“I have order a Nissan Primera rear light (ps) and send me a wrong part, than I ring them up they said return it back and he will send me other one, that was last week Monday. but I keep call them asking is my rear light on the way yet. He said will checking for me to see if it on the way and will call me back or I call them back. it's Wednesday now i still not receive yet. What should I do now I had pay for my rear light and still not received yet.”

“This service seems to be a great idea but is abused by corrupt companies that are willing to do what ever it take to gain your money even claiming to be from other companies and falsifying information. I was personally targeted by a despicable company called MJM 4X4 Breakers, Anchor Business Park, Dairycoates Industrial Park EST, Wiltshire Road, Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire HU4 6PA 01482 355110 uses this site who claimed to be calling on behalf of a person that I had actually been talking to with regards to the part I wanted just to obtain payment!!!! This person took a payment from my 73 year old mother claiming she just needed to give him her card detail, I had never spoken to this person and he had no rights taking money from my mother after duping her into thinking I had requested him to call her!!!! FRAUD This person left No transaction details or telephone number but was eventually tracked down by the FRAUD team at the bank. I contacted the company and was given a load of abuse and still haven't got the money back, Trading Standards and the bank are dealing with these dispicable criminals and my mother has been robbed of £93.60!!!!! I would never use this site or recommend it as it is open to abuse and con artists!!!!”

“Have had fantastic service from you, however we ordered our engine on the 1st may, as it was bank holiday weekend we gave them until the Friday to deliver our engine,didn't come, Monday came phoned them and asked when our engine would arrive, there reply was hopefully Tuesday,Wednesday at the latest, didn't come,anyway 3 weeks later still no engine, now 2 weeks later we can't get our money back,they took the engine back,however we don't think it left them,it really has stressed us out,as they keep lying to us... You need to warn your customers about these people.. Peugeot Citroen spares ltd Hamilton street Blackburn, unit 1 . You need to take these people of your list. Thankyou”

“I ordered a front bumper for my celica it was £78 pound. it came the next day in binbags and in terrible condition,dented,scratched badly and alll the fittings missing. my bumper that was on hit in an accidnt was better condition. when i called them they were denying it and very,very abusive,then hung the phone up on me. i tried to call back to be hung up on at least 30 times and told i was not getting refunded. never use this company,never been treated so poorly and been driving nearly 30 years. rip off merchants. ps i am still waiting to get my money back as this piece of no more than scrap. I aiso just found out two of my friends used this place and same thing happened. DONT TAKEE A CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. Even tho i have a gaurintee they still wont talk or refund me or collect he damaged part.A”

“I ordered a spare wheel that never arrived. They did refund me after a while but I then discovered that the phone number that they supply is premium rate and it had cost me £8 just to talk to them.BE WARNED!!!”

“Second time returning the same part.bits missing.no one bothered calling back.first refund was short by postage.waiting now for next refund.can't beleave the trouble getting the right injector when i specified car detail,all Injectors need programing to certain cars .second refund short I wouldn't use 1st choice spares ever again also known as orange auto salvage”

“Since I am a non UK citizen I don`t agree to contact the supplier by phone. In the quotes there is no other means of contact, example by email only by phone :( Remember that by email there is some sort of evidence by phone nothing!!”
