“I was not impressed with your service because the part i ordered from Jimmies Japanese parts was the wrong part and i had the problem and expense of sending the item back which was not a small item and when i tried to phone you was just given an answerphone message. No not impressed with this service. So far, thirteen pounds out of pocket and still no part.”

“I LEFT FEED BACK LAST WEEK I WHICH WAS PREMATURE.I ORDERED A PART ON WEDNESDAY 6/8/14 AND WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE IT WOULD BE HERE BY MONDAY.NO LUCK I UNTIL WEDNESDAY AND TRIED TO PHONE THEM.IWAS ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR IN A QUEUE AND THEN GOT CUT OFF ,I TRIED AGAIN BUT GOT AN AUTOMATED WHICH TOLD ME YO EITHER START A DISPUTE OR GET IN TOUCH WITH MY BANK TO FIND OUT WHO IT CAME FROM WHICH I DID.I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE HERE TODAY. NO SHOW I HAVE NOW BEEN TOLD IT WILL BE HERE FIRST THING TOMORROW.FUNNY THREE DAYS. LEN.PHIPPS”

“having brought from 24/7 spares in the past I now find them very unreliable ,, excuse after excuse on why the parts are not here ,, will be going through the credit card company for a refund ,, very disappointing do not buy from 24/7 spares”

“I asked for a quote for a full engine and I received a quote for a full engine but every company that I called or called me said that they had made a mistake and all i was getting was a bare engine, I can understand maybe 1 or 2 companies making that mistake, but not every single one, false quotes just to get my attention I think, not happy at all.”

“I have received 4 possible suppliers. But have not yet had chance to contact them. Your request for a review has come too soon. Also not sure how long you should wait for quotes to come in. Perhaps a late quote could be the best. On 30/6 chose a quote and ordered delivery 24/48 hours. 3 days later not received. phoned to be told it had not been despatched! and that it would be sent Friday for delivery Monday 7/7. On Monday no delivery again. Phoned again promised a call back. No return call! Phoned again to be told the one they THOUGHT they had was in poor condition and they are trying to find another. If they cant find one will refund money on card. Should they not be certain they have a part before they send a quote. Its now 7 days and I still havent got the part or even sure I am going to get it. Very very bad service”

“After having 5 companies replying saying they had the part and using premium rate telephone numbers, costing us a fortune, NOT 1 of the companies had the spare part we were looking for, So would definitely NOT recommend you to anyone or use you again. Kevin”

“very good had first reply within two hours although DaveJames promised me a prompt delivery it is now Wednesday and ordered Saturday I have phoned them today and they promised to phone me back and did not when I phoned them again and they do not know where it is or if it has been dispatched over all very poor customer relations wished I had gone to another suppler they took money from bank account saturday”

“I was offered used parts by most of the company's but they were £20 - 30 dearer than a new part ! I was looking for a wheel bearing and a used one should not even be an option.Overpriced parts not worth considering this website again.”

“Called the number given several times. And never got an answer. Bought parts elsewhere. More expensive. But they have been dispatched for delivery already. Disappointed with outcome.”

“I ordered a second hand gearbox from this site on 2/6/14 after numerous phone calls and 3 days off work part still not here phoned 4 times today and told boss will call me back still no call so tom orow am will call my card supplier and cancel the transaction would not recomend this site to anyone SO people STEAR CLEAR especialy siteSR194”
