“Since I am a non UK citizen I don`t agree to contact the supplier by phone. In the quotes there is no other means of contact, example by email only by phone :( Remember that by email there is some sort of evidence by phone nothing!!”

“I found the service very poor becauce of price and especially post and package was almost as expensive as the part itself and one respected in particular offer the part a penny cheaper than anyone so for those reasons I was disapointed in your service. Regards Jason Sproull”

“Very poor having been sent details of 7 potential replacement engines for my vehicle.I contacted 24/7 spares I was asked what platform I was On ! When I told the operator I was after 24/7 spares he told me no one Was on that desk and if I gave him my phone number they would call back .Well it's like 16hrs later and no one has called so they have lost a sale for one of there subscriber's .Not impressed I shall not use them again.”

“I was quoted just over £300 for 4 USED wheel bearings for my 2006 honda accord. I received a call asking if I was still interested in them, when I asked why they were so expensive especially considering that they were used. I was answered with this little gem "it's coz of all the work to smash em out innit" Upon further investigation I found them new online for £60 for all 4 corners. £300.... I am surprised that this company still trades.”

“Absolutely appalling! We were given 2 astronomical quotes, one of which had a £400 delivery charge, and then received one that was reasonable. We contacted these people who had quoted £1395 TOTAL PRICE INCLUDING DELIVERY. They then wanted to add VAT and delivery which we rejected and then later when we had paid, they called us back and said that they had quoted for the wrong type of engine and that the price was double. Stranger that they seemed to think that they were a reputable company. What a shower!!!! Never again!!!”

“Ordered required part from vendor introduced to me by 247. Delivery to garage for Monday or Tuesday the following week. Come Monday no part, come Tuesday still no part. Contacted vendor on Wednesday to be told part was faulty and they should have a new part possibly by Friday. Totally concomitant at vendor so ordered through partsgateway. Was cheaper by £50 and now very happy”

“With reference to MG Rovers Spares - I am very unhappy with this company. At first I was spoken to very nicely and told that my replacement engine would be with me 2- 3 days. Friday at the very latest. I paid for it in full last Tuesday. When it still hadn't arrived by Friday lunchtime I called. What a different attitude!! I was told no I wasn't getting it it would be Monday. I explained that it was booked into the garage to be done Friday evening/Saturday and the mechanic had turned away other work to fit this in. Basically tough was there attitude - nothing would be done. Eventaully told that someone there end had gone sick and therefore they were behind. A telephone call to explain this would have been nice and things could have been re-arranged this end. The replacement engine arrived today - as naked as a new born baby - as my mechanic put it. A totally bare block. I was not told this would be a totally bare block. Feeling very annoyed as plenty of other places have replacement engines and would have sent the whole thing. I feel cheated and mis sold. A very poor service. I would not recommend this company.”

“A& C Auto Salvage failed to advise of an error with their stock following clarification on the exact product specification the day after the order was placed and accepted leading the buyer and independent mechanic under the impression that it had been processed to discover two days later when it did not arrive that it had not even been dispatched.”

“You want a good opinion? Stop letting people in trouble! You gave me a supplier who is a fraud. Company Jimmys Japanese Parts (from Birmingham) already had a lot of very bad reviews. Keep checking with whom you cooperate! At this point, you are jointly responsible for the trouble. If it were possible it would give you an assessment of ZERO.”

“was sent a defective engine, this issue has still not been resolved by the seller some months after delivering. No phone calls or even text messages. I have sent numerous texts and have made numerous phone calls but the right person is never there and always a promise that he will return my call. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENDED. Had to buy another engine i am now £270.00 out of pocket. Trading Standards will get a call in the New Year.”
