I should be honest with you that I was not happy from the word go yesterday when I rang and made confirmation of the quotation that I had received from the previous night. I spoke to a gentleman who said the colour of the wing mirror was not available but would try and get a new plain one that will need painting. I gave him my bank details and within a short space of time received 4 different emails with different quotations and amounts and didn't even know which one was I meant to pay for.I rang 24/7 spares and spoke to a certain lady who never explained to me what I was on about and just said to me they will deliver whatever I had agreed on. I believe that was being rude and I was thinking of even sending the mirror back but just because I was desperate in need of it decided to keep it. Why was I not given choice to choose which mirror I could afford to pay for after all I had seen some on ebay that were new and even less than £50. Nobody explained to me about that vat over £10 and so on, that was just not fair.

Hi ,am Not happy for servic becuz when you send quotation with email and when we try to contact to dealer all phone is busy or not available to put any massage and we couldn't replay email as we'll just you think if you need to ask urgent some information ,how?thanks

Sorry but I found it a complete waste of time, I received 8 quotes between £132 & £312 for a part I picked up locally for £60 seems like they are only interested in profit.

I am very disappointed that there are some suppliers on here that promise you a service but don't deliver. I used 247 Spares to get a gearbox and put in the reg number of my car after a day got a call from Nationwide salvage from a guy named Wes on Friday 1 2014 and he told me he has the gearbox for £200 inc delivery by the Monday but the gearbox did not arrive on the Monday although i keepet calling him and calling him, however it did arrive on the Tuesday but it was the wrong gearbox and i had to call him to tell him but he insisted it was the correct one and that a 57 plate and 58 plate are the same but only after the garage where my car is had to take a pic and send it to him did he agree that it was wrong. so now today is Wednesday 03 September and he has told me that he has the gearbox i need and will send it to arrive Thursday 04 2014 but now because of his bad sevice it has cost me an extra £200 at the garage because my car is on thier ramps and it's holding up thier business so i am really not happy and think this place should be fined for thier bad service

Bought an engine, or so I though, on august 26th from International Breakers Ltd. I was told it was in stock and would be delivered on august 28th (I only bought from this company because they said they had the engine in stock and would deliver by the 28th). On August 29th I received an update which said that due to an oil leak on one of their lorries it wouldn't ship until Monday September 1st. I asked for an update on the 1st and haven't been given any information that it has or hasn't been shipped. Needless to say I will never use this service again and will advise everyone I know to avoid it. What a waste of time!!

Sorry - But not impressed. Accessed web site for a part. I liked the idea I could put registration in to find make and model. I liked the fact it had several boxes for information on exactly what I wanted hence avoiding confusion! Didn't like the fact I then get an text asking I ring a mobile number with a reference! no info on part and no costings! I ring the number to be told they have the part and my address and telephone is checked. Its a light unit! No its a small lamp holder only! Would you like to order it? You haven't told me the cost yet! Oh its around £10! Card number? How much am being charged to card I say? around £10? Whats Postage? around £8 he says! Sorry this is not good customer service so I have not purchased the part. I have source it from a another company who gave me the exact figure straight away!

After filling out my car details and requesting quotes on www.247spares.co.uk, I was sent a number (which I later discovered is premium rate) to call and order. At this stage the customer has no information on the actual supplier of the parts, just this rip-off phone number. In fact, you don't discover who the supplier is until you have placed and paid for your order. In my case the supplier turned out to be Sheffield Motor Spares, Grange Lane, Sheffield S5 0DP. Incorrect parts were sent by Sheffield Motor Spares so I contacted them directly (as advised by 247 Spares on their website). I spoke to a character called "Jack" who subsequently strung me along for three weeks, telling me variously that he had sent replacements, would refund money, had broken one of the replacement parts he was supposed to send, would part refund me, would send a courier to pick up incorrect parts - you get the picture. I called him many times and was consistently lied to. Very frustrating. After realising that I was being ripped off, I did a simple Google search for Sheffield Motor Spares and was met with dozens of terrible reviews, many mirroring my experience. So... Sheffield Motor Spares are obviously crooks, BUT, the massive problem with www.247Spares.co.uk is that they clearly don't vet their suppliers (not even a Google search?!) and as mentioned above, don't give the customer a chance to do so either. The only way to take issue with 247 Spares is to open a dispute through their website. This is essentially firing an email into a black hole. I tried several times to elicit a response but all you get is this automated reply: "Your dispute/update has been received and will be reviewed by our support staff in the next 24-48 hours." And that's it. No response. So to reiterate, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Plenty of companies informing me they had the part I required. Ordered from one, saying next day delivery & the wrong part was sent ! I requested O/S/F & they sent Rear item. Not worth returning because I get charged Delivery again, So decided to be Out of Pocket, Lesson Learned & bought NEW !! Overall, Very Disappointed !!

Very disappointed with the service from one of your employees. I was phoned and given a quote and told you had my part and needed to check part number. I haven't heard back from anyone.

Do not use unless you want to receive a huge phone bill. The 070 numbers that are sent to you along with the quote are premium rate, up to £2.50 per minute with my network provider.

Stumbled on 247 spares. I entered the parts i was looking for. In few minutes, Wing mirror man called me. i ordered the parts. I opt to pay extra to expedite my order which i am advice to receive it in 1-3 days. it arrived 9 days later after many phone calls. I called on the 4th day otherwise i missed my garage appointment. I can not always take a day off so i bought the another parts somewhere else. There is lack of proper communication here, no understanding about time frame. I feel sorry for the staff that they have to go thru with many complains everyday.

Will not use again No one answers their phone The only people who did get back to me were expensive and when I had no chocie to buy from them and I asked them to send me an invoice they couldn't be bothered. I have gone else where and wouls suggest others to do the same. What a complete joke.

wrong part sent, cost me postage money to send back then took over 3 weeks to get money back, the company is run by inbred idiots, sud have known been a scrap yard , will never deal with again

As a result of cancer I am no longer able to speak. Unfortunately all the quotes required me to telephone the quoter to make contact. This is impossible for me. I can only use Email. So the mountain of contact requests I received were useless.

after ordering a part from jap spares trading under 5 star recycling being assured that the part would fit by a man called Ray. On receipt of the part it was found to be wrong. I rang the company and was told to return it. I did at my own expense. The package was signed for last week. I have rung them 4 times since then and I am £100 out of pocket but they wont refund the money for the part I have returned I think no reputable company should have any thing to do with them.

I got quatation from you and paid as soon as bank opened on 6th ...I got my part on 14th afernoon,,,,very fast ,,,I saved almost 600 pounds on the price comparing with new,,,but could have made more than that if I fixed it with a new ,,,I lost 2 weekends and 5 weekdays of my work as a taxi driver,,,if suppose i took a new one I would have came on road in 3 weekdays,,,

I brought from seller and paid they called me said part was broke no good then brought from another seller they called said on its way then called said it broke so refund money now got no part very in proffesinal
