“i can not find or search items what i was looking for. I got only 1 item found and got only 7 quotes, but they are way to expensive its better for me to go and buy from local scrapyard or local parts dealer. Now I can see its all about money nothing about price or customers. I can not see any point using your services if its same price or more expensive. Your website is not user friendly at all. You need real time user to give you feedback to design the website for customers not some idiots who sits in office and do not what customer look for.”

“Emailed me to say call supplier now on 0703 421 1435. Didn't realise this is premium rate number! Left on hold for over 10 minutes at a time, just to be given ridiculous excuses as to why I'd have to call back later. Searched for the phone number and people are saying it's a scam and costs anywhere from between 50p to £6 per minute. Iv'e been on the phone to this bunch for over 20 minutes today. Just tops it off after having a hit and run on my car. Thanks 247 spares you f*****g b******s”

“Looking for a quick way to search through the scrap yards for cheap parts but the prices were around £60. called a couple of scrap yards and got the part at £5”

“I was quoted £780 for a gearbox and when I said my budget was £350 they said ok £500 that's £300 difference so why was it £780 in the first place”

“Having being good at finding the part receiving a £25.00 phone bill where the line got transferred without notice made a cheap part expensive. This is not fair. The part was delivered to the wrong address causing yes more phone calls, be warned.”

“If there was zero rating that's what I would have given. I paid for a engine on 21/12/2014 and as of 03/01/2015 I still have no engine, one guy says I should of received it by xmas eve at the latest, so must be the courier at fault but they can't give me a consignment number. Irrespective to being the xmas period surely I should have received this part by now NO MONEY NO ENGINE”

“bought a brake caliper to replace my seized unit the one came was in worse condition then mine and leaked brake fluid by time I send it back get a refund and get another I may as well bought a new unit. doubt I will use your service again”

“I did call 2 times and I couldn't get what I want! I ask them to send me a name, part number and picture but they couldn't send me second day! Part cost is not £3 or£4, it's £435 just saing that I'm not happy with servis at all Thanks”

“the part i ordered was from a supplier that quoted a 1 day delivery. i ordered from them to have the part quickly so i could have my car repaired and put back in to garage for a mot retest.because the part which was ordered on wednesday did not arrive till monday i missed my free retest which means another £54 mot fee.will not be using this service again”

“Scary how much more the quotes were for a second hand part were compared to a new item. Quotes ranged from £35 to £90 compared to £35 to £60 for a brand new item. Not impressed. This service seems to be set up to keep breakers yards in business rather than to give consumers a service they can trust.”

“On your site it says do not answer phone calls from prospective suppliers.. Why on earth do you give them any telephone numbers in the 1st place ? I have had an absolute nightmare with Chesterfield motor spares. You should vet all potential suppliers as Chester field motor spares have ripped me off . Ive since looked them up on other forums and found that this is what they do. Seriously not Happy ! Please vet all potential suppliers”

“This websiteis reported to be infiltrated by premium rated telephone numbers (starting with code nos. 0703 ... ....) to rip off customers - I had few numbers sent to me. The company address does not appear anywhere nor who are behind it.. There is no way of contacting them to compalin about this. Would never use or recommend this website”
