“I have purchased several items from 2Modern and have been very satisfied, however, when I found that I wanted to return one item, 2Modern made me search the website for how to do it, pay for the shipping TO and FROM them , call customer service , and then wait for authorization to send. Not a good experience.”

“I purchased wallpaper from 2Modern, not realizing that the wallpaper is not waterproof. There was absolutely NO MENTION of this fact on the website at all.
When the wallpaper arrived, it felt like actual PAPER. So I contacted the company that actually produces it, and they said do not put it where it may have direct contact with water.
Of course I bought it for a bathroom. So I contact 2Modern for a return, and they tell me they won’t refund me.
$1000 down the drain because they didn’t mention at all that the wallpaper isn’t water proof.”
