Thanks for the excellent service. Absolutely love my new jadeite mixing bowls. Well packed and delivered with only slight delay. Will definitely shop with 2Modern again recommend to family and friends!

Angelica went above & beyond helping me with my 2Modern order. Not only did she get me answers to technical product questions, she was able get my MA tax free weekend benefit & applied a 10% new customer discount! I felt really valued as a customer & will definitely seek her out on my next furniture purchase. SUPER JOB ANGELICA!!!

I shopped online for a specific item I had in mind. I found exactly what I was looking for on 2Modern’s website. Though I am submitting this review prior to receiving my purchase, I believe I will be quite pleased with it upon arrival. Shopping on line with this company was easy & fun. Appreciate the ease of my experience with 2Modern.

The table is nice but it is NOT white. It’s kind of a pale gray speckled color. We wanted white to match our tub. Not sure what we will do. Really wish the description was better. Would not have ordered.

The Web site experience was excellent and they have a wide selection of interesting pieces. The only improvement we would suggest is in the shipping communication and tracking. After a single purchase confirmation email, we never receieve any additional update emails or tracking information from 2Modern (although we did receive a few spam survey emails). I had to proactively call customer service (very helpful) to get any view on shipping status, and the boxes/pallete were pretty beat up when they did arrive, but everything inside was ok. With furniture this expensive, I would add the ability to email tracking information for subcontracted shipping services, contact info, estimated arrival dates, etc.

I had a custom request and had a PHENOMENAL experience with the live chat agent who assisted me. She was extremely knowledgeable and VERY accomodating. 10/10

Despite some shipping delays, we not only love the swing we bought, but the customer service team was great in resolving a lost shipment to our satisfaction. They go above and beyond to help their customers, and we're thrilled and now putting in a second order from 2Modern. Shout out to Brook in customer service who really was fantastic to deal with.

I have purchased several items from 2Modern and have been very satisfied, however, when I found that I wanted to return one item, 2Modern made me search the website for how to do it, pay for the shipping TO and FROM them , call customer service , and then wait for authorization to send. Not a good experience.
