A ridiculous and bad experience. Waited over 4 months for a light, after numerous delays it arrived damaged, now are in very slow process to (I hope) return the item and be reimbursed—‘hope’ for as of yet we are still slogging through what should be a very simple return process. The customer service people have always been polite. But I will never buy a light again from 2modern.

It was very easy, and I owe all of that to Account Executive Angelica Montesano. She was attentive, helpful, and very pleasant. All comanies should strive to hae someone on thier staff who is as helpful.

Easy to find the Zafferano glasses I was looking for. Shipping was fast and glasses came securely packed in cardboard and industrial strength bubble wrap!

First, I never received an email confirming my order. I had to call for the email to confirm my order. Next, I was given a date for delivery. After waiting a week after delivery date I called and only at that time a week after promised delivery date without anyone reaching out to me taking it upon myself to call did I learn the fixture was on back order. Lastly, when it was finally delivered a major piece as missing and the electrician had to make a trip to the hardware store for the missing part in order to install the fixture. Your customer service was basically useless as was checking packaging prior to delivery.

Yesterday, I contacted you to help me find a wallpaper i needed to complete a project and with the extremely efficient and pleasant help of Angelica, my wallpaper was located and mailed to me today. She was so kind and stayed with until i was satisfied with what I needed completely through the ordering, payment, and shipping process. Not a great shopping experience. After placing my order and waiting several days for notification of shipping, I instead got a message that delivery would be delayed by several months!! Hello, common sense dictates that if an item isn't available, you note that on your website. I wasted a week and have ordered the item elsewhere.
