Not had tickets or heard form the company advising of delay

You cancelled event as there was a party on at Nufc. We were looking forward to our stadium tour as well ????

We printed the tickets as instructed but when we got there we were unable to use them, we called the number on the ticket and were instructed it had changed, called new number and no one answered, day ruined we purchased 2 tickets for the price you charged us for one, that we couldn't use, would never recommend this site,

I had actually called and spoke with one of the managers about getting a refund and he told me to send an email about my situation. I never heard back from nor did I receive my refund. Horrible!

Really bad experience, I would advise buying directly from the attractions, definitely do not go for the Tours.

The website advertised the tickets as fast track. We waited 2 hours to enter the Louvre.

you have to exchange tickets in a long queues , then they give you a time slot which is 3 hours away form the time you turned up , pain !

to be told the email we had was not vaild. Phoned and 365 said in order to refund they need to take £5 . I will never use them again

Bought tickets online in the thought that it would shorten the wait but it didn't. Still waiting inline to Maddame Tusaudes in London for the past 2 hours and expecting to wait for another hour. A waste of a day!!!

I ordered tickets for the gondola ride and paid for the trip. The money has exited by account. It's been over 2 hours now and I have still not received the confirmation email stating the order is confirmed, even though the site said this was sent. I have no email either with my e-tickets. Instead I have an email asking why I didn't complete my order. It's 236am and I have lost serious sleep now worrying about where my money has gone. I've booked numerous tickets from differing sites, from planes to trains to buses to attractions and this is the first site this happens on. This is terrible and nobody to answer it til the morning. Is this site real at all?

I can see that one of our customer service team has responded to your email sent this morning and is dealing with the issue. We went on line to book tickets and it was not made clear during the booking process that the war rooms museum would only accept paper tickets. We were unable to print the tickets so had to purchase more tickets when we arrived at the war rooms venue. We called the booking office phone number and spoke to Brad...we requested that the purchase amount be credited as we had to buy more tickets and the purchase process was not clearly stating paper tickets were required. He suggested we write to the company and couldn't help us further. We are unhappy with our experience and will be recommending to others not to use the company if they can't print the booking ticket. I want to follow this matter up further with the company to get a resolution Regards Joanne stringer

Dear Joanne, Thank you for your review. We do mention that tickets are print at home only at several points during your ticket purchase. Firstly being on the product page under the ticket terms which states the following: "Unless stipulated in the booking process all bookings require customers to print their voucher off in order to be exchanged for entry to the attraction or tour. We cannot guarantee entry without a printed voucher and will not be able to cancel or refund customers who do not print the vouchers and therefore can't gain access to the venue or tour. If you cannot print your voucher off for any reason please contact us 24 hours before arriving at the venue." On the checkout page you are then given an option to print at home or have the tickets sent by post. After this you are taken through to a confirmation page that then states in bold "Please ensure you have paper copies of all your tickets before visiting the attraction. If you haven't printed or received paper copies of your tickets, please contact us as we can't guarantee admission without them." We then send a confirmation of purchase which states "Please Note: This attraction does not accept mobile device entry - a paper voucher must be redeemed." Unfortunately as per our terms and conditions we are unable to refund tickets. If you would like to discuss this further please email us at info@365tickets.co.uk or call us on 0203 540 7707. I have emailed you regarding tickets for camping at Kent cyclopark BMX National which you have taken the money out of my bank.Have not received an confirmation email back.

Hi Caroline, This was emailed out 2 weeks ago to the email address you entered when making your booking. Sometimes this can be filtered into junk and spam folders so please could you double check this if you havent already. Madame Tussauds tickets were bought on line - At no stage was it communicated that these are second rate tickets that we had to wait in a 2 hour line before we even got into the premises - the staff at Madame Tussauds recommended we could easily book directly with them on line and book a time slot without having to wait. We will never buy 365 tickets in future

Hi Barry, Thanks for your feedback. We do state this on the product page if you check the information which says during peak times, Madame Tussauds gets very busy, with queues of over an hour. We would advise visiting first thing in the morning, or after 3pm to avoid waiting for long periods. Madame Tussauds peak times are during school holidays, which can get busy unfortunately.
