I recently went to Disneyland Paris with my 9 year old daughter and my exsperience was ruined because of your company.i ordered buffalo bill tickets and I never got confirmation email or any tickets sent . When I approached the company about it they was very unhelpful and dismissive all they said they is that they never received any calls of me and there offices where shut on the day of the show . I then had to purchase new tickets on the door so I didn't disappoint my daughter . I will be telling everyone about the comany and not to use it due to how unhelpful and rude they are and refusing to give me Any sort of refund !!.

Dear Megan, We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The tickets were sent to you twice upon your request before your visit. Occasionally these can filter through to your spam folder, however it is up to you to check this and inform us within reasonable time in order for us to rectify this. Unfortunately, as you contacted us after 5pm on the day of the show to let us know you hadn't recieved them, there was nothing that we could do to get these to you in time as this was outside our office opening hours. Our office was open between 8am and 4pm on the day of your visit. And we are reachable by Live Chat, Email and Telephone. Unfortunately we are bound to Disney's strict terms and conditions where we are unable to cancel or refund these tickets. Kind regards, 365Tickets

We had booked advance ticket for sea trek in Gran Canaria for 27 April and planned our tour accordingly but later we were informed that booking for 27 April need to cancel as date is not available but when we had booked system allowed us booking for 27 April. Due to all this we missed the best oppertunity to do sea trek in Gran Canaria.

Hi Susan, Sorry to hear you couldn't get in to Madame Tussauds. The venue is extremely busy during school holidays which can have large queues during peak times of the day. There was no timeslot available on your website so therefore my booking wasn't fatracked as i had thought it would be there fore i gained no advantage by making an advance booking

Hi David, As stated on our website prior to purchasing tickets Please Note: JORVIK tickets purchased through this channel do not entitle the holder to jump the queue – you must join the queue as normal and will be able to exchange your 365 Vouchers for tickets at the admissions desk. The website does not state that the booking will not be confirmed immediately - we are flying first thing tomorrow morning and I expected to receive the emailed tickets straight away so I can print them out before we leave - they say on the confirmation (but this is only once you have booked and paid) it can take up to 24 hours! Have just called to find out if we will get the tickets before we leave or, if not, to cancel the order, and the phone has gone through to voicemail (even though it says the office is open today 8am until 4pm) and the Chat Facility is turned off so now I have to wait to see if anyone will get back to us today. One very unhappy customer!

We did had a very bad day in the Legoland on Sunday. They have a fews rides are not working. We waiting in a long queue and 2 times after we waiting like a hour they announced the rider was stopped to work. Completely wasted money.

The bus left without us. We were only TWO minutes late. This tour was my daughter's tenth birthday's gift. Shame.

Churchill cabinet war rooms do not allow fast track entry with these tickets. Having to join long queue! Not worth the saving if £2. Not happy

When you purchase tickets, you expect them to be delivered immediately or at least be given an exact timeframe. This is ridiculous:' "At this time your order could not be confirmed straight away. We'll be in touch as soon as confirmation details have been gained. "

This is stated on the ticket terms on the product page. We book in the vouchers nearer the visit date to offer flexibility in case your travel plans change as Disneyland has strict terms and conditions of no cancellations/ no amendments once the tickets have been booked in on their system. Hi. I booked tickets for my grandchildren to come to your Aqua park but my payment failed to go through. I think too much time had lapsed by the time I got to the payment. I then heard from one of your employees that it had not, in fact gone through and I would have to rebook. I did try but the times available were not suitable so I regretfully had to leave it. However M I have received my bank statement and realise the payment did go through on the 4th August. So, we missed out. Can you help. Jill Childs

From out of 3 vouchers you sent me 2 duplicates. When we went to get our tickets at Disneyland Paris - we were sent to the Donald Desk. They were not able to do anything and eventually I had to call you from Disneyland Paris using my mobile and get you to send me correct vouchers. Wasted 2 hours of our time. There has still not been and email or any other kind of communication from you apologising for your cock-up. It would be interesting to know if you even read this.

Can't supply tickets even though they are a ticket website. Ordered tickets for Thorpe Park on a Friday and still no tickets by Sunday. They say they can't supply direct tickets and gave me some rubbish excuse about their supplier. Book direct with the company if u are going within a week as 365 won't supply your tickets

PLEASE BE AWARE .... If you purchase a Drayton Manor ticket from 365, you are not covered by the 'Rainy day Guarantee' Drayton Manor offer. This is because you purchased via 365 Ticket and you are the third party. So buy direct from Drayton Manor !!!! So, I wonder ???? 365 purchased the Drayton Manor ticket .... then sold it to me, so 365 Ticket get the free return day ticket but somehow do not pass it onto their customer???? ????????????????

They charge me for uber ride without providing the service. Infact, when I called their customer service, voice message stating they are closed. Rubbish. I would not recommend anyone to use this service

Purchased tickets could not print them contacted 365tickets who were no help at all. Luckily zoomarine were very helpful but we lost an hour nearly of our day

Difficult finding the best deal as a local family of 4 this is important Also annoying buying a ticket online having to queue for over an hour at the venue to pick up tickets then being told to come back in an hour, no help or advice on what to do with young children whilst fitting in to your timetable to much wasted time

I am afraid I am not happy as I paid to go to the Brighton aquarium and when I got there They couldn't find my tickets so I had to pay again. I then got your email of confirmation when I got home. I now have to get my money back so not pleased
