Travelled from Luton to see Tower of London today with my 7 year old autistic son it was terrible. I understand that due to the poppies display it would be busy but once inside the tower we were unable to see anything at all due to volume of people we could not even get in the cafe so disappointed and my son was devastated

bought so-called fast track tickets for tower of london. when i put order in basket there was no mention of fast track so i phoned and spoke to someone who assured me they were, so i continued with payment (including, unusually, having to pay a fee for debit card transaction) and printed vouchers. got to tower, queued for ages to get tickets and was told they were not fast track. then had to queue for ages to get in. whole point of ordering fast track was because this was a limited time day trip and didn't want to spend most of our day waiting to get in - which, in the end we had to do and didn't see everything we wanted to. wouldn't trust anything i'm told by 365 tickets after this experience, so i won't be using them again.

Hi Diane, Thank you for your comments however the tickets purchased need to be redeemed at the group ticket desk which is a lot quicker than the standard ticket queue which is why we advertise them as fast track. Despite this we also provide a great saving for Tower of London and do not believe anyone offers Fast Track tickets which get you straight to the front of any queue.

I have been trying repeatedly to gain access to the site to pay for tickets in my basket. On each occasion the site just says processing payment regardless of how long one tries to leave it only in the end to give up out of frustration from getting nowhere. I have also tried to contact customer services who don't answer and there is a strange tone over arching the dial tone. I have tried to leave an e:mail and that too has not been acknowledged or answered. How the company manage to get so many positive reviews I am not too sure.

Hi Rob, We apologise for the inconvenience but we had some difficulties with the payment gateway and the browser you were possible using. We respond to every email we receive can you confirm the address you sent it to and if you have received a response now. If you are still looking to make the purchase I can get one of my colleagues to give you a call and take a phone booking if you wish.

booked the tickets at 10 oclock in the morning... But I din´t get the confirmation mail until 2 pm. And I had planned to go the the event right away i had to call the 365 ticket office to get the confimation mail right away If I didn´t get it I would have been "stocked" in the hotel for 4 hours..becase the event didn't accept mobile tickets. My advice: Do not use this site If you need to use the tickets you've ordred the same day as you ordered
