I ordered diseny land tickets yesterday and the amount was diducted from my account until now i have not received the tickets and the order status is pending.

I purchased tickets at a cost of £90.47 which I did not receive. I emailed 365 and received no reply. I have reported them to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.

I ordered and paid for Disneyland tickets ages ago, not only have I not received the tickets or a refund I have not had a reply to the numerous emails I have sent. I am very disappointed and want a refund so I can get tickets elsewhere.

i bought and paid for 2 tickets for the beatles coach tour in liverpool for 1pm and when we went to the ticket office for the boarding passes there was only one seat booked. it was explained to me that you would have made the error in booking one as you booked the seats. we had to wait around to see which tour may have spaces as were fully booked until 4pm. we were lucky enough to get onto the 1pm coach as a family didnt turn up. we had waited around to see if we could get onto the 12 and 1pm tours.

I ordered two Gardaland tickets from 365tickets and after reading previous reviews I realised that the e-tickets had been sent to my junk account instead. I printed out the tickets and got to the gate at Gardaland where the staff scanned my tickets and informed me that they had been used previously - a few days before I even bought the tickets. I tried phoning 365tickets on their customer service number but could not get through. Ended up buying tickets at the park for the full price. I did email 365tickets about the problem and they refunded the tickets I bought from them but gave no explanation as to why that happened.

Would not use this company again bought tickets for Diana Kensington exhibition, and no email confirmation or tickets arrived very disapointed.

When I asked for the tickets to be posted I expected to receive the actual tickets... alas, all I received was a print out of the email I received which I could have done myself for a lot less than £1.50 - what a con to get more money from an unsuspecting consumer...

365 ticket there were not clear about the pending ? I lost my day because this pending if I knew about it I was not used thus web site to buy ticket and I will not use it a gain

It is so much extra work when actually using the tickets. For example on London eye, We queued in three queues that took 40 minutes each even though we had called in advance and reserved a time slot - by the way, that call to London Eye cost £5 so there weren't really any savings using you!

I had purchased Disney tickets from 365. My Visa got refused from the Embassy and I had to cancel the Disney tickets due to this. I was offered no refund at all for the tickets i purchased from Disney. This behaviour from 365 vendor is not acceptable at all
