“When 99bikes say they will price match and further reduce the competitors price by 5%, they meant business! They have kept their promise with no hassle at all. The only downside is I have to lift the heavy box myself with no assistance from the store. It would be nice if the store provides a trolley to transport the heavy merchandise to the carpark. I ended up dragging the big heavy box from the store all the way out to my car. It was really an unpleasant experience. Other than that all is good.”
“I been order my Merida Crossway online and they done a fantastic job , it’s ready for pickup in just a couple hours and i did a mistake when i order it from bike.au , they took almost 2 week for my order even it been said ready stock on their pages ,and i cancel the order i go to 99 bikes and it suprise me they done the job with just a couple hour , a big credit to tom , he very friendly and helpful , he even managed to help me fit those 2 bikes that I bought in my SUV , a big thumbs up from me , you guys doing a very great job .
