“Ordering process was straightforward. Website easy to use. Order assembly and availability was excellent. Pick up arrangements could have been better. Understandably stores have needed to adapt quickly to a Covid lockdown environment however collection process was not ideal. I arrived at store where there was appropriate measures in place, QR codes, sanitiser, open door and table blocking entry indicating pick up point. I then waited approximately 10minutes while two people at counter attended to phone calls and person in workshop went to & from counter. Ultimately product was provided. This is not intended as criticsm of any of the staff who are operating in a constrained and, I expect, low revenue environment however the customer service approach in a Covid environment could be improved.”

“We purchased this bike for our 2 year old for Christmas and it’s such a great bike. The quality and build is exceptional. It feels very sturdy, the size is perfect for growing toddler as you can adjust the seat height with your child. I purchased it with click and collect and it was relatively quick considering it was near Christmas. The staff at 99 bikes were very helpful at answering all my questions before and after my purchase plus they built the bike for us.”

“99 bikes store got plenty of different Shimano Shoes that I able to try it on. Able to check the stocks available online before go in-store which very helpful. The shoes good quality and going strong after using last few weeks. Wish they got few different size to try to see if it will fit better but overall it been good. Customer service is very good with price match competitors is just so easy. Will buy again at 99 bikes.”
“The handlebar bag, once attached, is very stable and holds a good amount of gear. It is well made and waterproof. It also stands out a bit from the bars, which gives room for cables. It is, however, complicated to attach, which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.”
