When I got to the store at the designated time, I had to wait about 10 minutes* before my bike came out assembled and ready to ride. The salesman explained the operation of the bike then helped me put it in the car. I will most likely buy another bike from them (probably an eBike) as the service was good and the bikes are probably the best value of any other store. * The reason the 4 star rather than 5. this is a minor criticism, as it allowed me time to look around the store.”
