“I was a little bit disappointed with price of parts for what is a decent but fairly old winter bike (2013, Specialized Allez Sport) Tyres 64 bucks each and new chain and felt I was being held captive like a car dealer over a service. But to be fair I was called up and we discussed it on the phone so ultimately my call. Turning to the service this was excellent and I was really pleased with Jorge and his work. He was attentive knowledgeable and I would use him again, exhibits a positive work ethic in what is a fairly hot and dark work environment. 99 Bikes should make the space larger and improve ventilation for the workshop staff. The store needs reconfiguration IMHO probably a victim of their own success rather than managements desire to keep costs down”

“Service was A1. Staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. The Buzzrack Eazzy2 Bike Rack is a great product - well made, strong and stable. I love it ! However, there is an issue with the slip on number plate holder - best to secure with a screw - mine either bumped or blew off !”
“The only thing would be that when some of the order is coming from a different location to the rest of the order, it would be nice to get notification of that. Would probably stop customers calling when there our items missing, due to coming from further away. Otherwise excellent, definitely enjoy dealing with 99bikes and have bought some great discounted items”

“The product is great.My only issue is i was not contacted when it arrived.which was within a one to three day timeframe. I had to contact the store about 10 days after I ordered the product to see if it was there to pick up.No one notified me that it was ready.”
