“The only thing would be that when some of the order is coming from a different location to the rest of the order, it would be nice to get notification of that. Would probably stop customers calling when there our items missing, due to coming from further away. Otherwise excellent, definitely enjoy dealing with 99bikes and have bought some great discounted items”

“After suggestion from someone who was happy with Aftershokz, I researched them and decided on the Air model. 99 Bikes had a very good deal on them, and the Indooroopilly store had them ready to pick up almost immediately after ordering. In use, the Air is not loud and if there is traffic noise, then they are overpowered. Plugging an ear from outside noise can be a workable compromise and they provide a pair of ear plugs. On the road in the evenings, volume is fine and no surprises from something behind you. They are light and secure compared to all the in-ear headsets I've used over the years. After a couple of hours, the pressure gets a little annoying. I've had no issue with battery life for 2-3 hour walks, and recharge times have been quick. Really pleased with my purchase.”
“I recently bought a Yakima EVO hitch carrier for my bikes. The price at 99 Bikes was extremely well priced compared to others and the staff in the Fitzroy North store were polite and helped to carry the heavy box out to my car. The only downside was that I never received a phone call that my product was ready to be picked up after I ordered it online for click and collect. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.....overall, very happy with 99 bikes and the quality product purchased.”

“Used online click and collect 3 times. First time all went as website described. Ready in few hours and contacted when ready. Last 2 times given 99bikes longer time than 2 hours, was not contacted when ready but after a quick phone call directly all arranged to pick up straight away. I only live 10mins away from local store. Told under pressure because extremely busy, which I guess is understandable yet doesn't uphold statement of ready in 2 hours and contracted when ready. Otherwise, staff are pleasant, in stock range is good and prices and sales are extremely competitive. Would give 5 stars if the click and collect process was managed as they state on their website.”

Finished the check/Build them on the spot for me and I was on my way.”
