“2nd bike in the space of 12 months purchased, and the range and assistance provided helping my daughter get a bike to suit her growing frame was greatly appreciated. Would have been 5 stars, but when I went to get the bike, it took 45 minutes to get served, and all I was doing was picking up. Although Christmas in COVID times is a strain on all retail staff.”

“The bike has performed well aside from the initial setup. All settings initially were at minimums. Supplied hand grips were very uncomfortable. The seat came loose while I was riding. A far cry from the perfect first ride alluded to in the advertising. After extensive adjustment by me of all but the gears, the bike is now very comfortable”
