“Great item. Slow delivery. This item took ten days to get 20km. I don't think this is the fault of 99 bikes, rather Australia Post. I think 99 bikes need to hire more people and pay them (& existing staff) more”
“Hi, I’m very happy with my new Shokz headphones, I just hope they last longer than the 2 year warranty period. So far I have owned three pairs and they all failed. However I live in FNQ with very high humidity so that may effect the life of them. For noting, I had to request a copy of the invoice as I didn’t receive an email copy with my order.”
“Good selections all bike related stuff, however the online store can be a bit clearer in specifications of the item such as weight, dimensions etc. Also the pricing can be quite confusing with the "normal price" "club price" and "gold prices" all displayed right next to each order. Good thing is order are processed fast and staff at the store are friendly and helpful.”
