“I bought the bike online and an hour later got a phone call to say the bike was not in store and that their stock system was not really good. I was told they would have it from the supplier in 3 weeks and they did. The service from Dylan was very good, and the pick up went smoothly. The phone service is very poor, but after saying all of this I would purchase from them again.”
“99 Bikes surprised me I requested a price match discount and was pleasantly surprised with approval of this request within a couple of hours. i was sure the price match was just a gimmick and 99 bikes would use a reason to not honor this. i purchased the item for the lower price and was delivered within a couple of days. overall very happy so far”
“Good, light weight bike. I am giving 4 stars because I had an issue with the rim of the rear tyre. It got punctured thrice within a week and had to visit the store everytime to get it fixed.”

It’s a beautiful colour and my son still likes it but he was hoping for orange.”

In the meantime, various 99Bikes sales offered the same bike we ordered for up to $800 less. Overall, we are grateful for the professional, capable service provided by Kellan at 99Bikes Belmont and to 99Bikes for agreeing to match the sale price once our bike eventually arrived.”

“Quick service, however a little understaffed for click and collect. I was waiting for 15min to get served because the customer in before me was picking up new bikes. Once he had cleared them very quick to respond.”
“As always, the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. One star off this time for mixing up the booking. I received confirmation (sms & email) for a booking on Monday and when I turned up was told I was booked in for Tuesday. Timing didn't really suit so left my bike with them and picked it up Wednesday. I guess we all need to be a bit flexible in the current times :) (Don't worry I'll be back)”
“All previous dealings with 99 bikes have been fine, exactly as I would expect. Bought a cassette recently, which is also fine and exactly as expected. Would be 5 stars but for the insistence on feedback, which is just annoying, and not as useful as they seem to imagine. Use 99 bikes, they're good. But expect follow up requests from them, when you just want to ride the bike.”
