“Purchased first bike for grandson and, subsequently, a helmet. Both are quality products at a competitive price. Only criticism is they need to get the back room admin a bit more on-song. Both items purchased online with a message that I would be advised when available for collection. On both occassions I rang them several days after anticipated arrivel date to be advised items were ready for collection.”
“A great 2 bike carrier! Assembly instructions were a bit obscure and could challenge some owners. Securing the bikes for the first time is fiddly but once a system is established it becomes easier & faster to do. Only concern is the durability of the plastic number plate frame as it must be removed when storing the folded carrier. The best bit is it’s light weight & compact design.”
“Collect from store went very well. I Delayed a day, and that was no problem. And when I did pick up it was raining buckets, so the offer to ‘Carry to car’ was much appreciated.”
“Overall experience was pretty good - I was spending my $25 voucher online but there was a discrepancy between my Nth Parra store club membership and my online membership...2 separate things - unfortunately that required me to send a couple of emails and make phone calls over 2 days to sort things, and only then could I spend the voucher. Perhaps 99 Bikes IT dept could smooth the store vs online account issue out? Managed to fix problem with the help of Lana (or Lara?) on the 1800 number, so all good in the end. Cheers”
“Prompt delivery of the bike extras such as mudguards and pedals, which were ordered on a separate day. It would have been nice if they offered to put these accessories on my recently purchased bike”

“Click and collect was relatively fast. I turned up to buy in store and was told it was online only. I did it online and waited around for about an hour or so until i got my order confirmation. Prob could have been a bit clearer on the website to save wasting the timen however i got what i came for in the same day. Thanks”
