“Ordered 2 tops which were on offer in the paper I ordered a bigger size as did not know the fittings. They were too short and tight. £3.+ to return. I've never had to pay for any on line returns First and last time”
“I bought 2 pairs of pyjamas from Damart and one of the tops had a fault. I contacted Jeanette Askin the Head of Customer Services and she went over and above above the call of duty to make amends for the fault.
