“The clothes that I have continually bought from Damart or Innovations/Fashion have been extraordinary. They always fit beautifully and are of good quality. The business is honest and reliable in every way, punctual as well and one day my order went missing, no trouble to Damart they immediately replaced the goods. I am always impressed, far better than some of the other companies online so thank you for keeping yourselves honest.”
“Size 10x27" straight leg trousers are shapeless, more like size 12/14 and very wide legged, Material is no way dressy, more like material that would be used for joggers.
I gave them to my sister, the knees and bum went baggy within an hour of her wearing them.
Had to give 1 star as no option for no stars.

“This company needs taken to task , they advertise that if you spend £25 or more you will get a £10 discount and you will be sent a free Rodier watch as a gift. I was told that they would not give me the discount and a free gift. But when I asked for the free gift i was told that I can only have one or the other.
This is false advertising. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THE CUSTOMER CARE IS TERRIBLE. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM 1*”
“Why are the gifts sent to induce people to buy not usually the one that was expected, but a mere substitute. I was sent a watch, that doesn't work, instead of a radio. Also, actual catalogue articles are sometimes not the ones ordered, eg the wrong tog in a duvet, wrong colour or design in clothes. Who has got the energy to repack and send back, explain etc when this happens?”
“First up we are returning customers where in the past the service has been great but here's the issue now.
First up my daughter ordered a catalogue and future issues for my elderly mother on 21st April, five working days, 5th May, 9 working (11 Royal Mail) working days later no show. Tried booking online but website doesn't give other than three size options which are actually length versions. Tried ring phone number in TV guide, it's unavailable. Having worked for Hermes that's another red flag signalled up. Customer reviews on here don't look good either, so what's gone wrong? So many red flags I'm mindful to not place the order for her.”

Do Damart think these books are an alternative to ladies pyjamas when they are still lots of similar pyjamas being advertised in their catalogue. They must think you are stupid to accept this alternative . In fact I do not believe there ever were any pyjamas to be offered as free gift
This is an insult and a I have just been on phone for quite a while at my expense 13p per minute to tell Damart so
I have been promised a free collection of my order which I am now sending back unopened because I am so angry with these unwanted books
If the goods are not collected I will not return them at my expense and they can try take me to court

“Misleading advertisement in TV guide showed 50% Discount but did not explain that this was only available for limited colours. Had to go to all the trouble of setting up an account before this became clear.”

“Agree with other customers about Damart service. Today received notification that one the items I had ordered from a catalogue I had received that day was not obtainable in any size or colour. The other item I ordered was incorrect the free gift was missing and a £10 voucher ignored. You can’t telephone this company as the phone charges are horrific especially if you are kept on hold!! If you try to contact online repeatedly get to the end and then told invalid. I fail to see why I should have to pay for a return when Damart is at fault. “Was sent wrong jumpers and no returns label or invoice in parcel. Phoned up and was told he would send me returns label still waiting and I was shocked to find I was charged over £8 for my phone calls. Wasn't my fault the order was wrong. I shall not be ordering from Damart again.”

“Have placed two different orders with Damart in the past 6 weeks. On both occasions, they have taken my money but the orders have not arrived. First occasion money was eventually refunded, still waiting for explanation on the second non-delivery. Is this their way of increasing their cash flow? “Never use again . So fed up with the excuses they give. Placed an order on the first day of new catalogue with free gift of a toy white bear . Parcel arrived with a cd of old Christmas songs NO BEAR. Complained to be told out of stock so gift sent was similar to what was ordered . Do they think people are stupid . It's the old sprat to catch a macrel. I have now a very disappointed 3 year old who was so looking forward to it”
