“I ordered two pairs of sunglasses as gifts - both were unsuitable and returned. Despatch and delivery was quick, but despite receiving emails over a week ago confirming refunds would be issued, I am yet to receive my money back (which is a significant amount). If I do not receive all the money back by COB today, I will have no option but to take further action to get my money back.”
