This site is disgraceful with their customer service, I ordered a pair of glasses 7-14 days to come and after 14 days I still did not hear from anyone regarding my order. When I reached out almost a month later they said they don’t have the items in stock and has a issue with the distributor. I thought ok maybe I could be lenient because of the corona pandemic but when I read other reviews it’s their normal practice. Not to mention I asked for a refund and they said they processed it did not send me a refund email nothing and almost 2 weeks later I reached back out because I did not receive anything they said there was a error processing it. I’m so enraged because of a item is not in stock you SHOULD NOT CONTINUOUSLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS ! Horrible experience but maybe others can beg to differ

I wont even give one star to this website. I ordered a frame on 15th of March and have been waiting to hear from them about dispatch and delivery. After waiting for around 10 days when i contacted them I always got one reply that frame will be delivered in 2-4 weeks time. When i contacted 5 days later I got the same reply. The customer service is pathetic and no one seems to know anything about the order. They claim to deliver in 5-10 working days and then change it to 2-4 weeks. Eventually i had to cancel my order after waiting for so long, hope i get my refund back in time.

Great after sales! The Tom Ford frame I bought from fashioneyewear 10 months ago began to show some dull spots. After sending some photos of the issue to fashioneyewear I sent it back to them in order to have it replaced. The model was now out of production, therefore they issued a full refund, Including they costs I made for sending it back to the UK.

I have recently used FashionEyewear.co.uk to try on a Ray Ban frame. From the point of ordering to delivery it can take up to 10 working days and it did arrive with one week, secure packaging. I however did return the item on 18 February 2020, and still awaiting on a refund... I do not understand what systems they use to process a refund that takes nearly two weeks? still awaiting on a refund. I do not like the fact to call you are on hold for over 20 mins each time, so I doubt I will be using them again.

We recently purchased a pair of Ralph Lauren sunglasses through Fashion Eyewear after comparing the prices of numerous websites before coming to our conclusion - this option being the cheapest. We were skeptical initially due to the negative feedback but it was a risk we were willing to take. Glad we had! Order placed: 18/01/2020 An email received advising us that once our package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent. 21/01/2020 A follow-up email received telling us to allow 2-4 weeks for our item to be delivered. 14/02/2020 Our shipping 🚢 tracking number was sent to us 26/02/2020 Item received From the date of purchase, you are looking at just over the 4 weeks (based on a normal business week) although we also live rurally so it takes a couple more days for the postman to get it to us. Due to the fact that we reside in NZ (New Zealand) on the other side of the world, the scare with the corona virus (which made us think it would be further delayed)...our first experience with this company was SUPURB 👌🏼 Thank you for the hassle free purchase of your quality item. Much appreciated!!! Looking forward to future dealings 👍🏼😊 Have full confidence in Fashion Eyewear

I had a ordered a pair of Guess Frames. When I ordered them online I was under the impression they were available as it did not state they were not available. A week later I had not hear anything so I rang to be informed that they were not in stock and would not be available for 6-8 weeks. I was quite disappointed that I had not received notification that they were not available as I wanted to have them for a special occasion. As I did not want to wait that long on the frames I cancelled my order and got the refund quite quickly. Would not advise ordering of this site due to very poor communication.

Absolutely appalling company. I originally placed an order for a pair of Gucci glasses back in October 2019. 3 weeks had passed and I still had not received my glasses so I contacted them via email. I then received a response back to say that my glasses would be received within ANOTHER two weeks due to a supplier delay and that they would partially refund me £5 for the inconvenience. I however told them that this £5 refund was insulting given that I had waited 4 weeks for glasses with no update unless I asked, I was then offered £15 partial refund which I accepted. 4 weeks later and still no glasses because apparently they were ‘still on back order’. I then received an email to confirm that my glasses had been dispatched and I should receive them in 10 working days. YET AGAIN, over two weeks of waiting still no glasses and was told delivery would now be after Christmas (bearing in mind I originally ordered in October). I then came to my witts end with this company and told them to refund me every single last penny and cancel the order which they did. I was then contacted by a manager at Fashion eyewear, his name was Manus and he told me that he would like to try and rectify the situation if I would be happy to try them again. He explained that if I sent him an email with the glasses I would like he could do me a price better than anywhere else and discounted from what was online. Stupidly enough I agreed and sent him 3 pairs of glasses I showed an interest in (one being the original Gucci pair I purchased the first time). when I purchased these glasses originally the whole site had 25% off so I received them at a discounted price of £126.20 but we’re originally supposed to be priced at £163. However when I contacted Manus he gave me what he thought was a discounted price of £135 for these particular glasses. After explaining that I paid less for them in the beginning and that this was not a favour atall he then made out I was lying by telling me that certain brand glasses including Gucci are not included in any online sales, which they clearly were as I have the receipt for what I originally paid. I then contacted him back to voice my concerns that this was in fact NOT rectifying the situation. I have since emailed him twice and he is now ignoring my emails as he knows that they have messed up big time. NEVER EVER use this company guys I don’t know where all these good reviews have come from but they are a horrendous company to deal with. I have had an absolutely appalling experience and I would not use them again even if they offered me a pair of glasses for £1. I look forward to hearing their response, as like I said I have all the email evidence as proof.

Don't panic!!! I ordered some raybans which were more than £50 cheaper than the high street store. They said they had to be ordered in and expected delivery within 10 days. In the meantime I checked out reviews and immediately got swept up in the negative reviews. At the 10 day mark I emailed and received a generic response about the delay, however when I phoned a couple of days later the customer services guy was extremely helpful. He apologised for the delay, tracked my order and advised it should be with them that afternoon from the suppliers and he then upgraded my delivery to next day upon receipt. I took it with a pinch of salt, but true to his good word the delivery was received and I couldn't be happier. They look GREAT! I would definitely use them again, but would allow time if product isn't in stock. Deliver took 3 weeks. I would now phone them first to order and get the best/worst estimate of delivery time first off.

I ordered frames from this company and then had buyer's remorse ten minutes after I placed the order, mainly because of the online negative reviews. Ten minutes later, I canceled the order. Within a day, I received an email acknowledging the cancellation...and to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on my credit card statement. It has been two weeks, yet the charge has not been reversed. Funny, but it took them 30 seconds to charge my card for an order that was cancelled almost immediately, yet they can't immediately reverse the charge??

I ordered glasses before holiday December 18th. 2019. Ordered was never filled. I Subsequently cancelled order (January 13th 2020) and I am STILL awaiting my refund. I had to go through my Bank to assist in getting my funds returned, . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Total waste of time, they put on a sale, probably get millions of orders and then they can't give you what you ordered and they probably don't care because they've made a fortune on the interest from payments from customers who even if they have to refund them they've made money on the interest. Or they are just rubbish, I would never order glasses from fasioneyewear again

Terrible service! I stupidly ordered from them again after they got my prescription wrong. Now ordered simple sunglasses and they can’t get it right! Seems to be no information written on file so they haven’t a clue they are doing!!!!! Avoid at all costs

Horrible company and horrible customer service. It took forever to receive my glasses and when they arrived, the prescription was not correct. On top of this, the frames were not prescription frames so other optometrists will not touch them. They take forever to respond to email and their responses never solve the issue.

Everything was fine until I received delivery, I didn’t find my rayban glasses genuine, i had to return the item the day I received, Got my money refunded but it was waste of time, lost my postage charge for nothing pathetic company, the product was 100% fake.

Overall I’d highly recommend Fashion Eyewear to any customer. I don’t understand the muppets who’ve left 1 star reviews on here because their order wasn’t despatched within 1 day even though “they paid For next day delivery”. Common sense tells you that it’s next day from despatch, and that it will take a few days to glaze and prepare the glasses so you have to allow time for that. I ordered mine on a Sunday, they were in stock and they were despatched on the following Thursday and delivered on the Friday. I did have an issue in that the frames were warped, but I emailed them and returned the glasses and a replacement pair were sent out the next day. Quality issues happen and it’s all about the recovery, and I couldn’t fault them. They dealt with the issue very quickly. Overall, I’m really pleased with getting a pair of genuine Tom Ford glasses for £200!! My boss paid £590 for a pair from his local optician!!!

Quite simply appalling. Company does not let you know if there is a delay. They don't refund your money or answer emails. Now have to get my bank involved to get money back. If this happened in the street you would be arrested for theft.

Absolutely awful, waited for over eight weeks and never received the frames. I don’t understand why the frames weren’t marked as “sold out” if they weren’t in stock. I was promised a “goodwill refund” which I never received. Please avoid and save yourself the headache.
