“I ordered a pair of ray ban prescription glasses on 28/2/19 and received confirmation the next day. I’ve tried not to keep pestering them and emailed once and phoned once in that time. First they had to order from Italy and two weeks ago I was told they were in the lab and would be sent out in 3 working days. As others have said, no communication is forthcoming. Today I called and the office is closed and the website is down for maintenance!! Previously bought from Barclay & Hurst on line (excellent service) I regret the day I placed that order. I’m tempted to let the £154 go and order elsewhere but on the other hand...........”

“Ordered a pair of men's glasses for my partner 6 wks ago. Was assured it would be 2 weeks at most delivery. After notvrecieving them I emailed and was told another week. After this week and they had not arrived I was told there was a supply problem in Italy??? I then asked for a refund on 8th April. Was told it would take 3 to 5 days but still nothing and now they have stopped answering my e mails. Shocking customer service. Not holding my breath for my refund.”

“Purchased glasses on 7th April, next day my card was used fraudulently. I also received an email to say my glasses are no longer in stock, asked for a refund, still waiting for that to appear! Don't go anywhere near this company”

“Four weeks after i placed my order i still had not been told when i woukd get my glasses to tgen be told they were in italy and could still taje three weeks ro i cancelled my order an asked for a refund it has now been over a week and im still waiting for my refund this company is a joke snd i would recommend that you stay away from them.”

“We've used Fashion Eyewear maybe 8+ times to order prescription specs and sunglasses, but our latest order experience was very poor. The Cutler & Goss frames I ordered have still not arrived with Fashion Eyewear after 6 weeks, so it looks like from ordering/paying for a pair of specs with these frames to getting them might take over 2 months. The call centre staff are friendly and try to help, but still a poor experience this time around.”

“I order my frames because of the cheap deal on Sunday 7th April 2019. Didn’t want me to pay by PayPal, usual I pay with for more security, so ask me for different way, stupid me put my debit card details and BUM on Tuesday my account was empty, somebody takes £1056.00. Just spend 1h this morning talking with my bank to find out that somebody purchase themselves a Holiday somewhere  very frustrated, scary and disappointing. As a single mum struggle to survive now my card was cancelled, my account blocked and start an investigation. Be careful with this website people, I will never, ever buy anything from them again. Unfortunately, I still waiting for my purchase to arrive. I receive email on Tuesday, saying that my frames are in stock and somebody will be in touch with me with tracking number shortly. Still waiting, but now I am wondering if this is not a scam to get to your bank details and if this company ever exist?”

“I have always been happy with the service of Fashion Eyewear. The price of the frames are very good. I have had many pairs of frames from them and always been satisfied. If I have a query, I send an email, and I always get a prompt reply. When I have returned any frames, which is only because they do not suit for some reason, I have always had my refund promptly.”

“This company is a scam. Returned sunglasses for a refund. After waiting a few weeks, received an email stating that they were having issues with Paypal and they were holding all their money for some unknown reason. Having contacted Paypal they obviously don't agree so I've had to claim the refund through them. It wont be long before Paypal will refuse to deal with them - I don't think they appreciate being slandered.”

“When I ordered it said that delivery was a few days, I then had an email which said 7-14 days, however they didn’t arrive which was the Monday, I phoned to be told that they had to be ordered fropm Italy and would be with me on Thursday. Thursday and Friday- no delivery so Phoned again to be told that the delivery was delayed as it had been despatched by a different route and then lo and behold the delivery arrived whilst I was on the phone and was told that they would arrive on Saturday which thankfully they did.”

“Lovely glasses at a great price. Ordered three pairs (two prescription glasses, one pair of sunglasses) and all were delivered exactly when they said they would be. Very happy with my purchase - it's the first time I've ever worn glasses, and I'd gladly trust their services again.”

“To be honest I purchased before reading the reviews so was a bit worried but the glasses arrived today, maybe a bit later than expected, order said allow 7 to 14 days arrived on 17th but was emailed on 15th saying they had been dispatched. Glasses are in perfect condition, well packed, original very happy. Guys you need to realistic I paid around £40 less than the high street so waiting a couple of weeks was no issue. Plan ahead, order early no brainer. Would I buy again, yes I would.”

“Ordered mine on Feb 19 - have emailed to chase my order but no response. Have called twice and have been given different dates as to when my order would be delivered. Their main number on the website is not valid & wont go through. i had to use the toll free number. Once I managed to get through, I asked the girl on the phone if the company is legit - and she mumbled her response. I am going to ask for my money back....Was told today they had received a big order and they would email me as soon as my sunglasses had been packed - hours later, still no confirmation! Scam, cheats - and I think they should be closed down!”

“Was actually very skeptical on purchasing from this company as the reviews were very iffy, however, I absolutely loved my package. I was often concerned as to whether I was going to receive my product or not but all in all the company was great. When I had accidentally ordered the wrong prescription, customer service was immensely helpful with fixing the issue. Will most definitely be buying from here again!”

“I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban aviators from this site I struggled to get my size else were. Firstly I called Ray-Ban customer service they had advised that this company is a authorised reseller. Upon ordering it stated my sunglasses would be available between 7-14 days I got an email on the 10th day stating my item was despatched. I received my sunglasses on the 11th day. There was a small defect that didn’t affect the glasses but I’m a bit of a perfectionist so I knew I had to exchange. I called customer service waited around 6mins for someone to answer, when they did my issue was sorted within minutes my return email was there as soon as I got off the phone. Overall I was really happy with the service hopefully my replacement pair of glasses will go smoothly we will see.”

“Avoid! Horrible service. Purchased a pair of glasses 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. They do not answer the phone or emails. I want to cancel my order and claim my money back through credit card. I also want to contact Training Standard for complain.”

“I have ordered 3 times from Fashioneyewear. Everytime they take my money and orders take between 6 weeks and 3 months to arrive. I suspect they sell what they don’t have available and source later.”
