Hi, At start of this year I purchased 1 pair of glasses for driving. I was sent wrong colour. I had very big argument with management stating that if I want colour that I requested I would need to send these glasses back as they would not send new glasses before receiving previous ( which was not my fault that I received different colour than my order stated) I also spoke with manager who said that normally people have at least 1/2 pairs of spare glasses- and they were shocked that I didn't have them, I just wanted to have 1 pair of good glasses for my driving. Experience was very bad, no discounts or anything complimentary offered. And to top it off I waited almost 1 month to receive this wrong colour when delivery for prescription lenses in uk area is 3-5 working days. Tahnk you.

I ordered a pair of glasses yesterday and I could choose different ways of delivery. 1 was in 5 working days and it was the cheapest then it was Royal Mail 1,2 days and then DPD 1 working day which I got for 6 pounds. And today I received an email saying that it’s going to take 5-10 days to delivery can you please tell me why you have next day delivery if it’s going to take 10 days anyway ?

So yesterday I bought some glasses and I had 3 different options for delivery. 1 was 5to 6 working days the other one was Royal Mail 1,2 days atthe price of 5pounds Or DPD Next day delivery at 6,50. And today At 9 o’clock in the morning I received an email telling me that they got my order and they will email me when it’s on it’s way. But now I received another email telling me that my order will be ready in 5-10 working days. Can someone tell me why you have options on delivery since it’s going to take 10 days anyway. Plus been phoning and nobody seems to answer.

If I could Iwould give 0. What a shambles i ordered Gucci glasses received an email that it will be delivered with in 3-5 days. Over 6 weeks now and still no glasses!! Please avoid pay extra £20 and get some from legitimate web.

Placed my order on August 21 and paid $18.09 for express shipment. It says the express shipment days are counted from the day the order is dispatched. I have not received any communication indicating the order has been dispatched. But, what ALARMS me is that their customer telephone number is an answering machine with information about product offered (not eyeglasses). Once you listen to the message it prompts you to hang up. Also, if you go to their site, it says you can have a live chat, but there is no connecting icon. I WONDER if this is a real merchant. Our order # is 000018987.

They are definitely the cheapest. Customer service took a few days to reply but I expect it if I’m saving over £100 tbh. Sunglasses arrived in perfect condition. Will buy again!

customer service is a disgrace ordered glasses had to wait on order that was ok advised on back order .From then on down hill "like tennis ball on Everest" 3 different people telling me different things ordered substitute glasses waiting on my original order they were sent out incorrect prescription then i had to send back then they wee sent out the second time incorrect and i had to return again seriously how much inconvenience and time it has taken me to try and get a pair of glasses ,it has been a really poor customer experience from the moment i decided to use this company

I ordered by glasses 3 weeks ago and money was debited from my account - the glasses have not been received and they are ignoring emails from me. Very poor service - be careful as I am not sure they are a genuine company

I’m happy with my purchases, I bought 2 Ray Ban at “Fashion Eyewear” and I’am really happy with my glasses, because prices, customers services and the delivery time is excellent. One of my sun glasses arrived after 3 days from the purchase date, the other took me a bit longer but the reason is because prescribed and not available at the store and needs to be order, but that won’t upset me because I’m not in rush. One thing I know is the services they delivered is trustworthy. Let’s not forget all items are genuine brands. Thanks best regards.

Glasses arrived when stated which was great, unfortunately did not suit were sent back immediately and 2 months later I am still awaiting a refund. Unless you are 100% sure the glasses you order will be perfect DO NOT order from this site

Emailed twice regarding Ray Ban sunglasses. First browser search came up with headline -free delivery. Completed order & then charge for P&P ADDED ! Second searrch 3 days later,fre#e P&P not shown,asked to leave email address for discounts etc. Did so & 2 codes shown - one WEEKEND15 (15%) & another AMAYZING. Entered details on discount codes on checkout - BOTH codes INVALID. Emailed company again & NO reply after 5 days to either email sent. Chat line NOT working either. Perhaps they are NOT the best company to be trading with then.

We've previously ordered 10+ pairs of specs from Fashion Eyewear and had good service - however, we've now been waiting almost 3 months for delivery of a pair of Cutler and Gross prescription specs, with repeated updates that the frame will be with them in a couple of weeks - but we've just had another such "updaye" and noticed that it is at the same time advertising the same eyewear on its website alongside "Next day delivery! Misleading, poor service.

I ordered sunglasses with perscription lenses on March 13th. They were delivered the first of april, without the perscription lenses. Returned them the same day via Mail Recorded Delivery to have the lenses fitted. Two days later FashionEyewear signed for receiving the return. Two weeks later, after sending several mails which they didn't reply to, FashionEyewear replied that according to their 'system' they hadn't received my return. On April 19 they finally found(?!) my frame and sent it to their lab to have the lenses fitted. On the first of May I received the frame including the perscription glasses. Unfortunately, the right lense did not properly fit the frame. After several e-mails, they finally agreed on refunding the money I payed for the lenses. I went to a local optician to have new lenses fitted. Aftersales are terrible! First and last time I order at FashionEyewear.

Awful customer service as these reviews show, they obviously don’t read them. No response to emails, no stocks and very slow to refund my money, I won’t be using them again.

Too good to be true...STAY AWAY I have placed an order on 09.04.19 and still have not received the sunglasses. I called them lots of times to chase this up and any excuse has been used “looks like we have delays from he supplier in Italy”, “there are some delays because of the Easter break”. Each call I have been told you will get them by Thursday next week. I just phoned and the CS agent was laughing while speaking to me. It does not matter to them that I have advised them of bad review and small claim court appeal which I will go ahead with if my bank doesn’t snot help to claim a refund.

This is an updated review I previously gave a 5 star because I had a smooth transaction and was willing to wait 2 weeks for my glasses but as I was not happy with the glasses returning them was a complete nightmare and also some of the staff are so rude and need a lesson on good customer service. When you send your item back you don’t get notifications on the process of your return I returned my item in the 2nd week of March and had to email 3 times for updates. I finally got an email to advise my refund was processed the other day. I’m still waiting on my return postage that I was promised so I will see how that goes.
