“Customer service was always very quick professional friendly and efficient. I bought 2 pair of sunglasses and both at discounted prices. I didn’t experience any returns or refund because the sunglasses were great so we are now enjoying them :-)”

“I bought the Dita frame. Absolutely gorgeous. It was a replacement for one that had just broken after many years. I needed it quickly and it arrived after 2 days. ( In the middle of lockdown the post was a day slow).”

“Customer service is horrendous. Took 3 weeks to get a refund - they even tried to claim I only sent 1 of the sunglasses back when I sent 2 in one lot of packaging. Clearly trying it on. I had to pester every single day via phone & email for 3 weeks to get a refund. I was promised 3 times the refund had been placed, when it wasn’t. I don’t appreciate being lied to and having to wait so long for my money returned. You shouldn’t ever have to chase a refund.”

“My initial order was for 2 pairs of Raybans. Only upon making payment was I made aware that one of the pairs had a 5-10 day delay. I accepted that and waited the 10 days. When they hadn’t arrived I emailed to be told to allow 14 working days plus possibly more due to covid. It was only because I emailed them that I received this further information. The other pair of raybans arrived no problem a couple of days after making my order. Unfortunately they were too small so I sent them back and have now received an email to say the refund takes up to 14 working days. To me that is far too long. So to sum up fashion eyewear, if your glasses are in stock and your happy with them then great, if not the after care is shabby.”

“Had no response or acknowledgement from the company when I asked if my order had gone through, didn’t receive any confirmation. Poor service sending ‘genuine’ raybans with Royal Mail not even tracked!”
