Scam broker!!! Withdrawals keep rejecting. I’ve sent lots of emails but they don’t respond. Their love chart is not active as well. The worst I’ve ever experienced.... Good day, everyone! I don't want to terrify anyone, but the rise in cybercrime is concerning. I was duped by an investment fraud organization that promised a 100 percent return in a week. I realize it’s greedy, but it can happen to anyone. I fail to this scam and lost up to $285k worth of cryptocurrency i taught that i was dealing with the right team until I requested for my withdrawal after some weeks of my membership but the process got declined, I tried to contact the customer care system for help they rather ask that i deposit an extra $74k usd for maintenance fee and some tax fees after I already have a total of $285k usd on hold, the whole situation got me really depressed and mad at a point that was when i got into looking out for a hacker who could be of help Luckily enough I came across Rose Hoover , I first texted her and she replied and I explained the situation to her and she assured me to be of help, i trusted her and we got going and in less than 48 hours I had all my funds back to my wallet, if you are a victim of scam kindly reach out to them via:: Email:: rose hoover 90 (@) gmail . com Whats-App:: +1 ( 301 ) 409 2753.

My experience with Pamela Experts { pamelaexperts @g ma il.com} has been great! They are knowledgeable and very straight forward and patient! I’m so thankful for their expertise and help in helping me get my money i invested with some investment illegal brokers i found on Facebook .

I got totally fooled into putting money into this scam company. At first, everything was fine, but whenever I tried to withdraw my earnings, they completely wiped out my balance. That really saddened me. My mom has recently passed and I’ve asked for a months grace on my loan,1 month and their loans team said no basically I’m on my own not happy as I’m grieving and not at work and trying to sort my mental health out and get bereavement help to and that’s even harder to get too

Customer service is so bad I don't have words to describe it. They are not based in the UK, couldn't be less interested in your problem or what you are trying to achieve with your account whether it's online banking or a change of address. Absolutely shockingly bad. Why aren't they being fined for being so bad??!!

Dire. Cannot transfer app to new phone. Their system fails to recognise my account (with help from branch staff). Resetting passwords… Halifax’s policy is to “use a simple Memorable password” or write down a keychain generated complex Password on a piece of paper so you can manually enter it into the verification field! Call system takes 20 minutes to get hold of anyone, and the automated system that precedes it tells you that if you have a problem with online banking you have to log onto online banking to fix it. I have to wait 7 days for a code before I can try to access my online banking. 7 days of zero access to my own bank account records!

I saw an interview over the much hyped of this broker and I invested the initial minimum of $30,000, after then I started getting an incessant barrage of phone calls from this broker who tried to pressure me to increase my investment to the next and after so as to double my returns. I finally ended up investing a total of $54,000 before I turned him off completely. When I demanded to withdraw my investment after 2months, he stopped taking my calls and didn't respond to my mails. I tried all means of communication and seeking help to retrieve my funds but I was unsuccessful. I am profoundly grateful to the entire company of { rosehoover90 (@) gmail . com } for their willingness to help recover my funds despite my case falling short of their basic standard requirement. After losing a substantial amount, I opted to quit. The app is still active, but the community administrators are no longer present. Despite receiving what seemed like a large Thanksgiving bonus, my suspicion remained firm that it was all a scam, particularly due to the absence of withdrawal methods. I sought help from Mrs. Doris Ashley, hoping against hope for a solution. I was grateful when they helped me recover nearly $20,000, proving their integrity. I have banked with the Halifax for many, many years, however service has gone down hill. Branches closing, staff rude, customer service practically non existent. Check Halifax on Trust adviser before opening an account or dealing with them.

Halifax failed to update my fixed term bond as requested by returning their reply paid envelope. Dumped into an Instant Saver at low interest. Two hours water on chat, first to an idiot machine, second to a chap who coold not do anything to rectify their mistake. Tried phoning but put down phone to save cost for something that was not my fault. Thoroughly teed off and still without remedy.

Dire " service " with " chat " I've had better conversations with corpses than this lot they take so long to respond between messages , no actual phone number to SPEAK to anyone unless you hire either a private detective or a psychic to possibly find it . .. IS there anybody there ?? Simple problem made beyond difficult by a woefully inadequate customer service . Need to up your game

Have banked with the Halifax for many years - savings, investments, mortgages etc. However recently very poor customer service. My wife and I received letters stating that one of our saving accounts was due to close and to visit local branch to discuss and change as necessary. This we did only to be told that nothing could be done as it had to be done online. Explaining and showing the letter stating that we needed to visit the Plymouth branch, was told that Halifax policy had changed. Explaining that we had made a specific trip to resolve our issue. The branch manager was called over. He was abrupt and rude, stating that it had to be done on line. I asked how we could make a complaint - we were told that any complaint made would be ignored. Very dissatisfied customer.

My mother of 90 years who doesn't have WiFi rang Halifax to close her account and have her money transferred to her NatWest account. The lady said you can't close your account without a pin number she said she will send one then she can close her account. Five days later the pin number arrived. She then rang Halifax to close her account. The lady this time said you have to write to the account closing team. She wrote to the team saying she wants to close her account. When she got the reply it said she will have to send proof. So she sent proof of photo driving licence, disabled letter, and council tax letter. Then two weeks later another letter saying she needs to send utilities bill and more. It has been over eight weeks and they still won't transfer her money. She is now in hospital with a broken leg and shoulder after falling down and Halifax said she can close her account in the Halifax bank which is 15 miles away and she is bed ridden. What a disgusting way to treat old people just to keep their money. I have three accounts in Halifax and now closing them. Beware any old people Halifax will do their best to keep your money.

I was so convinced by their services that I even went ahead and recommended them to others. However, all of it turned out to be a cruel joke on me when I decided to withdraw my entire investment. They told me to pay a whopping 50% of my investments and profits along with some other commissions, when I refused, they quickly shut me out and blocked my access to my account, then it dawned on me that these guys are swindlers and professional thieves, Thankfully, GALWAYRELIANCE stepped in and assisted me in recovering my losses from them within a few days.
