"Ordered a charcoal duvet cover and separate pillow cases to match, when it arrived the duvet cover was duck egg blue, contacted customer service via messenger because they were open so thought I could chat to them about it, but no, they were open but would get back to you in 24 hour\u2019s, 24 hours later they messaged me to clarify my address which I did, 24 hours later I had to confirm my name, which I did, 24 hrs I was asked another question, absolutely ridiculous that when you answer them you then go back to the bottom of the queue, you can\u2019t just chat and resolve the issue, so finally they said they have refunded me the duvet and delivery charge so I replied I need a refund for the pillowcases too because I sent them back with the duvet, will now have to wait 24 hours for that reply now"

"So bad. Ordered an \u00a380 aor bet and received kids toys!! Called up and with 3 days till Christmas I was told I eill have to wait another 5 working days for a replacement or place the order again for next day delivery which o was not going to do. My mother now os going to end up sleeping in the sofa. Thank you JD williams"

"Account Number: V8322143. \r\n\r\nI\u2019m so disappointed with JD Williams. I bought a very expensive item a 65 inch Samsung QLED TV. I was really looking forward to my purchase, so I took the day off to take delivery (I\u2019m self employed). Arrow XL the company they use for large deliveries were exceptional, kept me up to date on delivery times, phoned and text to give me a time within 15 minutes!!! How amazing is that!! I was really happy with their service!! I removed the TV from the box and followed the the instructions by the letter, removing all the packaging as instructed. When I came to take the remote control out of its packaging one of the navigation buttons was loose in the bag so I could not set the TV up\u2026.. I was gutted!! Hi contacted JD Williams that morning, both by email and on Facebook. Eventually I got a reply just over a week later on Facebook. They explained that they did not have the remote controls\u2026.. If I\u2019d like to buy one then they would reimburse me when I provide receipts\/invoices\u2026\u2026 So it\u2019s my responsibility to pay for a new remote control and rectify their problem\u2026.. I honestly cannot believe that!!! Can\u2019t see Curry\u2019s doing that can you?!? This wasn\u2019t a cheap item\u2026.. I\u2019m totally out of pocket. Had a useless TV and all the packaging laying around my home for over a week for that response!!! Same in you JD Williams\u2026.. No doubt you\u2019ll expect me to take another day off and lose another days wages so you can pick the TV up as requested\u2026\u2026 Your customer services are truly SHOCKING!!! This review will be going on Google reviews and Facebook reviews so hopefully you look after your customers better in the future!!!"

"Useless company.\nHave ordered flat pack furniture all of which including replacement items have arrived damaged.\nCompany not replying to emails in the hope I go away, I WONT.\nPrepared to take this as far as possible as think a company that treats customers the way we are being treated should be held accountable.\nMy honest review of this company is stay away , do not use unless you want unnecessary stress."
