Ordered a printer from their website that said “in stock “ at the time. Money debited from my account and after a few days decided to find out when it would be arriving. It was then that I noticed their website stated, “currently awaiting stock”. Can’t call them as their phone lines are closed, can’t use online chat as they online chat system is closed no response from email! This is out and out fraud, there is no other description for it!

Purchased a Nikon Fit Sigma Art Lens (USED) two weeks ago - they sent a Canon Fit Lens labelled as Nikon. 3 emails and no response re returning. This is a concern as the lens cost £400.

I had ordered a professional camera worth £ 2650. I had placed the order on Thursday, 7 January 2021. The money was debited from account on the same day. Since then, I have been trying to contact them on phone, email and also online chat. Other than an automatic email reply from a no-reply inbox, I am struggling to get some update from Jessops. Their website showed as the product was available hence, I placed the order. There are other providers who have promised delivery in 3 days, but I cannot place an order unless Jessops refund my money or gives us a delivery date which meets our requirement.. But I am stuck because Jessops are neither confirming the delivery of the product nor refunding the amount if they are unable to supply. During the COVID situations I have found online purchases have become more efficient and many responsible companies have streamlined process. I think Jessops should learn from companies like Amazon, Currys PC world, B&Q ... and try to learn from them on how to deal with customer orders during the COVID times. I have sent a third polite reminder to Jessops only asking for a response but not succeeded yet.

very bad experience. they are selling deals in camera that Donny have in stock. I bought a camera 1 month ago and it supposed to be in stock and I'm still waiting. JESSOPS IS A JOKE. Go to amazon, it's easy.

Appalling Customer Service DO NOT use this Company. I placed an order on a delivery of a week (and they took the money from my credit card) after I contacted them 8 times their response was they were unable to deliver and cancelled my order. I had previously requested an alternative and nothing was offered. How this company has gone down in recent times.

Rip off company. Doubles price of items to then reduce to make it look like in the sale. Shocking customer service. Would not buy from this company again.

Non existant customer service when ordering online. Order process simple enough but then nothing and nobody is picking up the phone or emails. They've taken my payment but left me in limbo as to when I will receive the items. Really poor and will not use again.

Extremely POOR delivery service and website checkout First there were issues checking out using PayPal at Jessop's site, which caused a duplicate payment to be submitted. Once the payment was acknowledged and our order ID J22359676 was accepted the bed experience only ... continued! It was dispatched via dhl UK and they was marked as "delivered" and signed for by us, however the problem was WE NEVER RECEIVED IT! The tracking (41138190468570 ) shows delivered to a completely different location. We needed this item for our own wedding ... shame!!!

Terrible company! DO NOT USE!! The camera body of my Fujifilm XT4 was missing from its box and they're telling me that they not the courier can do anything about it! Shocking customer service and daylight robbery!!

I ordered a camera and it got received by someone else. I've been trying to contact Jessops for over a month and Ben Ford (manager) replied me twice every two weeks with no solution. He kept repeating to ask neighbours and does not want to refund or re-send item. Do not buy from here, cause if any problem like this appears, they will ignore you and will not want to sort it out.

I ordered on line on June 4th a tripod and some filters and received acknowledgement which said delivery in 1-2 days. I needed these early this week. I have tried the phone, and emails to the numbers Jessops recommended but all responses are either not taking calls, not responding to emails, no acknowledgment they have received them. I am disgusted, as in the past this company has been so helpful. I will not bother to come to Jessops in the future. LF Birmingham

I ordered a number of photo prints from Jessops , and when they arrived, they were not my photos, instead of family photos I received a group of photos showing young girls in bikinis. I immediately contacted Jessops by email (their phones weren't working) and informed them of their mistake. 5 days later after no contact, I sent my 2nd email, again no response. I have just sent my 5th email to Jessops requesting a refund as I received no response to any of my emails. They have lost a customer for both prints and new photographic equipment I planned to buy shortly. Disgraceful service.

I ordered a Camera 4 months ago and paid £300.00 deposit, and applied 4 credit I have contacted them each month to chase and get a holding reply. I have checked the Manufacturers site and they are listing the item as avaliable and have done everyday for the last 3 months. My local authorised Nikon Dealership has been restocked three time with the product along with Wex, Curry's and other online suppliers who are not grey market suppliers but UK/EU approved agents.

Avoid during COVID-19!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a Hahnal dual battery charger over a week ago and the money went out my account within a day or 2, Delivery details were 1-2 working days, my order has not even been sent, still sitting at "Processing", I have tried messaging / Emailing / phoning, and not had a response whatsoever via email and phoning you get cut off. I cannot even cancel order and go somewhere else like Wix photo because you need to speak to an adviser. (But you can't) you get daily offers via email but it is like Jessops are not trading anymore. Avoid ordering anything at least until the shop re-open. I have used Jessops for years and have been totally happy with them until now. (I understand this is probably just to do with Covid-19 and times are difficult) But either update your website Peter Jones or Don't take money and orders if you cannot fulfil them. Totally disappointed, It does not help when you go on line and read that in December 2019 Jessops were looking at calling in the Administrators.......so it does make you wonder!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID !!! Ordered a camera on finance. First payment went out of my account. After 8 weeks of waiting the order is still “processing’’. Impossible to contact them. No phone answered, no CHAT avaiable, no reply to emails. Absolutely outrageous. A joke not a company. Will never shop with them again.

Ordered a tripod to take away for a long weekend away as it was in stock with immediate dispatch. However 3 days after paying for the item I thought I would check to see if it had been dispatched as I had not received any notification. On speaking to the automated link this evening my order had not been processed even though the item had been paid for and the funds taken from my paypal account. If this is the way they treat their customers I am not surprised customers are leaving them in their droves. I too will be not purchasing anymore items from Jessops and I would recommend that no one else does too.....

Awful. Totally awful. Sent the wrong thing. Have to wate 2 days before it gets picked up by another courier. That means another day spent waiting. They also stated that once they received the wrong item they will send out the correct terms. This has to be the worst customer service I have encountered. Do not order from them. Mickey Mouse company. A total of , what amounts to 4 days wasted waiting for them to sort out their error. If I don’t get the camera on the new agreed date I’m taking it to trading standards
