“Brought my daughter a coat, hat, scarf & gloves. Though was a bit pricey I love it. It’s at a very high standard and looks amazing. I’m always being asked where I got it from.”

“Ordered an item item on the 25th October. Still not received. If you do not have an item in stock state on your website. Sick off your poor customer service. Please refund.”

“Joules messed up my order then I spent ages trying to sort it out. At one point I was told the warehouse said something contradictory to what I said suggesting I was lying. They finally sorted it out and to be honest by this point I had already bought replacement presents so wanted to just cancel the order. I was never even given the option. The customer service felt cold and unconcerned. I have had excellent customer service from places like Monsoon and IKEA. I expected better of Joules.”

“I pair a lot of money for a pair of ladies wellingtons and quite frankly they were not fit for purpose. They started to leak at the back behind the heel. I tried to ring the customer services. but couldn’t get through. I always had Hunters before and will buy them from now on. Living in the country and walking over fields with the dog o can’t have leaky boots. Sorry but very poor quality .”

“Brought two long sleeve tops and summer striped jumper, all need ironing. Striped top on first wash has faded slightly and doesn't look as good as when I first brought it. Bit disappointed with purchases.”

“I bought a pair of rainboots and very soon after they broke in the back. So i contacted the costumer service and they said they would refund my purchase. It took at least 1 month with back and forth messages from everyone in the compagny who kept saying they transfer the money to my account, but i never received anything. After mentionning that i could provide my bank info so they can call and ask for themself, and instead to just send another pair, i was ignored completly! Ignored. And i did wrote multiple times to try to fix this situation, but the managers thought it would be a better idea to simply ignore me. I still havent received the refund or any boots as an exchange. Even if they would say: sorry, we cant refund at this point, we try, i would have appreciated it more than just being ignored as a costumer! I live in Canada so that cost me at least 25$ of phone calls and multiple emails back and forth with people that shouldnt be working in the public. Very very dissapointed by Joules, i never ever write a review and its the first time in my life i experienced this kind of unprofessionalism.”

“Ordered mid length jacket using eBay store. First jacket sent was wrongly labelled and was a bigger size than the sales labels. Returned and reordered again on eBay store. Same thing happened again. Very disappointed to be told there is probably a problem with all the batch in my size so not worth ordering again. Please quality check your labelling better. 2 wasted trips to the post office to return the items.”

“Wellingtons not fit for purpose. Have just been in touch with Joules Customer Service regarding a pair of their Dragonfly wellingtons bought for me as a present Christmas 2019. They are not fit for purpose as they now leak in both wellingtons. I wore them for only 2 hours per week last year in dry conditions in an inside riding school, only to walk in, not ride. Since then every time I have worn them in wet/snow or mud, both wellingtons leak very badly. To me, this is faulty materials or glue used but as it is over the 1 year guarantee period, they will do nothing, other than offer a £10 gift voucer, which I have declined. These cost £49.99 and are not fit for purpose. I have had previous much cheaper wellingtons which lasted for years and years. Very dissatisfied that they will not have them back to test the fault. Another customer on a review site, states their wellingtons lasted 5 weeks before they started to leak. Enough said.”

“REPORTING TRADING STANDARDS - items ordered on 27/12/20, only part of the order arrived. Joules will not respond to emails, phone lines are permanently closed, and webchat permanently unavailable. I can't believe that Joules are still taking people's hard earned money, for orders they cannot fulfil.. Criminal.”

“You blatantly misuse Ebay auctions to advertise items that are not available to the auction winner who wins the auction. Auction items should be be reserved and held by the company or individual until the auction is completed and sent to the winner. If the item for whatever reason is not available then the auction should be ceased, not left to run to its conclusion. Good products, shoddy advertising methods, not moral practice.”

“Only put one star as there isnt an option for zero!!! Terrible customer service, i ordered an item for an xmas present for a friend on 10th December and still not received despite taking the money put tje bank!! Emailed three times, messaged on messenger but totally ignoring me so im also thinking of reporting thwm to trading standards!!!! Avoid avoid avoid”

“I was under the impression that Joules was a quality brand, however received an expensive coat that was supposed to be thick, warm and padded, instead it was cheaply made, thin and not as advertised. This is due to it being MADE IN CHINA. I sent it straight back and will buy a coat made elsewhere.”

“Over recent years I have purchased three pairs of wellie boots and within weeks they have all leaked. I was told by shop owner where I purchased last pair not to return the boots to their shop if they leaked but to return to joules. No point..no reply. Will never purchase wellies from them again. Very very poor quality and over priced.”

“No Christmas presents 5 weeks later. (Leaving this on Christmas Day - placed order 21st November.) Phone lines eventually closed because of “high demand” (makes sense?!) - emails 1 week ago, 2 weeks ago and 3 weeks ago not responded to. Stopped from making a review on their site about this. Absolutely NEVER shop there! It’s now Christmas, I’m £100 down and have no presents to give anyone. And I don’t think they’ll ever arrive!”
