I placed an order on the 5th and hasn’t arrived. Joules will not answer telephone or answer emails. This is awful customer service. I won’t use this company again. Whether it’s royal nails fault or not joules should have the staff to help with this. Covid is not an excuse! I work in customer care and covid is not an excuse for ignoring people.

I placed an order with Joules on the 1st of December. All my order was marked as 3 to 5 working days. Some of my order was from Friends of Joules. I have received all but two items promptly. The items I'm waiting on have been marked as despatched on my order history since the 2nd of the month. Payment was taken on the 3rd. I've not had a confirmation email and can't get in touch with Joules customer services as they're not accepting phonecalls. I have sent an email to them but as others have mentioned they seem to be going unanswered.

For those people who are waiting for their items. ROYAL MAIL are indeed responsible for delays in deliveries. Royal Mail have seen a ten fold increase in parcel deliveries and the idiots at the top, the very same who make a fortune for really bad decisions, haven’t employed enough people to cover the increase. AS A POSTMAN I have seen whole streets not had mail delivered in 4 days.. YES 4 DAYS!. Good luck if you are waiting for that important letter, And this is just my delivery office. Parcels are just as bad, BAGS and BAGS of them just left undelivered because of CEO mismanagement...

Still waiting for my order! Customer Service phone lines closed. The e mail says dispatched but tracking Royal Mail says not received it. Joules e mail blaming Royal Mail for backlog! Got through to their office in Leicester but it’s like talking to a robot as the employee just keeps saying give me your details and I’ll e mail customer service to call you back! I will be reporting them to the CMA today.

Still waiting for my order 8 days after Joules said that it had been despatched. The Royal Mail tracking says that they have not received the order yet but Joules are blaming them. This is not true as I have received other packages delivered by royal Mail and ordered from other companies after placing my order with Joules. Joules have not answered my emails (2) and are not taking any calls. Terrible customer service!

A very dissatisfied customer . I brought some Wellington boots . They have been worn for 3 months . Heel worn down and leaking . I have emailed twice without reply and tried calling with no response. Dreadful customer service . I will not be buying anything from them and will not recommend. They keep sending offers by email . Well don’t bother as you are not professional enough to deal with your so called valued customer !! I will be going into your shop to complain personally when you open ( if you open ) your shop . I join the long list of other dissatisfied customers !

Terrible service, tried to order on line several times, but with no joy, so emailed several times and also tried to call so many times that I gave up in the end, so be aware very bad customer service,!

Really disappointed. ordered large order 10 days ago..order confirmed and money taken. Today email saying could not fulfill order and money will be returned. used website before and worked well,,,,,Not now...very disappointed....poor show fr good company.

I acccidentally ordered the wrong size of boxes through PayPal. I started panicking and tried to call the number on their website (no answer). I then rang their reception number (I didn’t know it was their reception number, it was their number set up on their PayPal when I went into my previous payees) and I got through the reception. The receptionist kindly helped me by emailing the management, making them aware of what had happened & around 2 hours after I received an email saying the boxers will be refunded. The next day (today), I received an email from PayPal saying the refund has been sent & it will will appear in my account shortly. I ordered the CORRECT boxer size this time (small not large lol they defo would of fell down) and I am extremely thankful to have done this with such a trusting company, as some would just keep your money or refuse to communicate with you. Lots of love to this trusting company, and especially to the kind receptionist lady who even remembered my name & handled my situation with care, love & understanding. You have my upmost gratitude and I am thankfully not £31.92 in debt lol. THANK YOU, LOVE YOU! 😄💜

I will never order another item from joules. They sent the wrong colour shoes and it is impossible to contact or get a response from customer service. They cut you off after 20 minutes on hold and don’t reply to emails.

I have placed orders via Ebay, several times. For the majority of times, the items were received timely and were of good quality. Unfortunately, as I have noticed with others, the last two items that I have ordered were cancelled, due to lack of stock. I am so disappointed and have contacted Joules twice regarding the latest cancellation and not had a reply. I have previously recommended Joules, as I love their clothes and quality; however, the cancellations have now changed my view and I no longer feel this way.

Customer service id absolutely a joke!!!! I agree with all the reviews. I have purchased a blue Carla dress from the shop in Harrogate. After 2 wears, the back stitch was giving way. I wrote a review under Jenn L and SCOTT replied and asked me to send ut with a note inside and even gave me my old order number as reference. After sending it all with the original receipt amd proof of posting, they have declined that they received it. After several emails and phone calls to a useless number that cuts you off, there is no answer. I sent the dress back and still no refund after nearly 6 weeks. That SCOTT even sent a survey straight away about the quality of their service. I sent it back with good review but after that, the email he sent me was deleted from the server!!!!

Outrageous I ordered a women’s gilet week’s ago and it has still not arrived!! I have tried to make contact by phone and email but with no joy. This was for my partners birthday which has now passed and then to cap it all they asked me to write a “Do tell” review! I will definitely not anything else from them. Ivan

First time I have orders on-line from Joules and never again! Had hassle returning items & when I rang customer services to ask if they could suggest a solution I was met with a person who obviously couldn’t have cared less about helping me, which I did highlight to her! They messed up the refund on the items I returned and when I contacted them I was told that as there are still items outstanding on the order they can’t correct the problem with the refunds! The outstanding items should’ve been received over a week ago and I am still waiting for a reply from them as to when these items will be received as these were paid for weeks ago! I thought that buying from Joules & paying a premium for clothes, I would have had a better experience, how wrong was I. Believe me, don’t waste your money unless you want loads of hassle trying to sort all the issues they create, with very little support from them!

I have been trying to order from their website I try to check out and it says the basket is empty. They have no operators on the customer service line despite repeatedly telling you to phone for assistance - why I think they need to get back in the real world -I have emailed no response just automated happy chappy words. If they were serious about customer service they would do something

Do not order from this company. They do not reply to emails only automated ones that say they will get back to you in 72 hours and they dont! I ordered a jacket luckily through paypal. If I hadn't the dispute would have been harder with just a credit card. I got charged- no item shipped. No email stating when it would be shipped. Nothing!!!!!! Contacted seller through paypal and she still hasn't responded with them. I am going to have to file a resolution and paypal will reimburse me. But what about them? Why should paypal have to take the fall for a ridiculous company that clearly has tons and tons of terrible reviews. You have officially lost a customer

I’ve ordered on four separate occasions recently due to isolating and although they have issues with delivery charges - once notified customer service do fix problems. The clothes are very good quality and I have only once had a faulty item which was replaced (my choice) within a few days. They have excellent sales. I can’t compare it with other retailers as I’ve only ever shopped on line with joules

I will never use this company again. Within the space of a month on two separate occasions, I bought and paid for two coats which I won on Ebay auctions from Joules Outlet shop. I then received emails from Joules stating that they were 'unable to fulfill' my orders. The latest email I received today after paying for my item one week ago. Took 10 days to get back the first refund. Now I'll have to go through it all over again. Don't waste your time ordering from this company, they're an absolute joke.

Do not buy from this company without careful consideration! I purchased a pair of wellington boots six months ago. They were expensive but I though I would be getting quality. I was wrong, as now these boots have worn down at the heels, and one boot has a hole in the base and is leaking. I wrote to customer services and didn't even get a reply. I'm disgusted and wont be recommending this company or purchasing from them again.
