“You did not schedule the collection of my parcel, I did after I read some horrific reviews about your company online. What that means is, although you told me my parcel was due to be collected between 8am - 8pm on 14th June which meant I had to take a day off work, you had actually not scheduled anyone from UPS to collect my parcel. The only reason I found out is because I called UPS and the organised a collection for me free of charge. Had you picked up my parcel, according to other reviews there’s every chance that although I specified the dimensions and weight of my parcel, you may have added a ‘bulky weight’ charge and taken the money directly out of my account without my consent. I really needed the parcel to be delivered as it was a return, and I am waiting on receiving my money back. You have no phone number to call and you generally respond with stock emails. This company is horrible.”
“SCAM! months after sending packages they will help themselves to money from your bank account. was using them for business packages during the royal mail outage and every package of ours was measured and weighed using our commercial scales. apparently every package was overweight and hundreds of pounds have been stolen from out bank account. reported for fraud.”
“I have used Parcel Hero several times to ship parcels internationally and domestically. Every time I use them they try and get more money by claiming the courier has audited the shipment and found it to be larger.
Every time I have carefully measured and weighed the parcel and added a little to ensure complete accuracy. This time was no different yet they have again taken money from my credit card without any authorisation, reference to me or proof, by their own admission. They try to take every penny from you that they can get their hands and by any means they can. They refuse talk to you preferring to hide behind prescripted emails which is insulting and frustrating. Presumably this is in case one of their employees admits what they do. Use another company as these are bad and a ton of hassle.”
“Parcel was attempted to be collected a day earlier than booked ( apparently a label was posted through door but this was not the case) no collection attempted for the actual day it was booked for and no collection rebook was offered , collection cancelled and it’s cost me £6 in order to get a refund. Terrible service.”

Tried emailing & had no reply. I paid for a bonnet to be collected with correct weight & dimensions., they are saying they use volumetric weight. So far it's cist nearly £700 for a Fiat 500 bonnet to be delivered to my address... I wish I had read the reviews. SCAM Company”
“Booked a courier, never turned up. Had to book another same day courier to meet the deadline at extra cost. After complaining to ParcelHero I was told to simply cancel the shipment with no apology. Then they tried to charge me a £6 cancellation free! Not impressed. Won’t use again.”
