Company have taken an unauthorised payment nearly £363.79 additional payment from bank. AVOID.
They used my details saved & took payment at a later date.
UPDATE.. Another £286.80 surcharge taken.
So it's cost me £675 for a delivery of a second hand Fiat 500 bonnet.

“Happy with every aspect apart from the rude member of staff who spoke to my Mum when she was dropping the parcel at the shop. His customer service was non existent, he was unhelpful, rude and I would never select that store in future as an Evri partner. Otherwise, the price, the time and the delivery lady at who got my parcel back to me was all spot on.”

“Booked a collection for the the 26th June 2023 between 8-5 no one attended. Was unable to rebook until Wednesday so I had pay again for another courier to deliver. After requesting a refund on the failed collection/delivery I’ll be receiving less than half of what I paid disgusting. Won’t be using this company again.”
