“The whole process of arranging for my package to be collected and delivered was seem less and efficient. The package was collected on time and delivered on time. Clear directions were given on how to prepare the package for transit and for the printing of the relevant labels etc. Finally, a welcome email telling me that my package had been delivered. Will use the service again.”
“Reading the reviews below shown I am not the only person to not have had a good experience with this company. Courier didn't arrive and I waited the whole day. When I called up to see why, the courier said they couldn't deal with me because it was booked through Parcel Hero. So I tried to contact Parcel Hero and suprise suprise they are impossible to contact. No phone. No email. No instant messenger. Just a webform that you fill in and then you wait.....

“I booked a collection & paid for it. However no one came to collect it. I spent a whole day waiting and didn’t leave my house the whole day. I reported this to customer service at parcelhero and I didn’t get a full refund. Stay away from this company”
“Completed process online which I found easy to do. After that it was a case of handing into the local post office and getting a confirmation receipt from them. My package was delivered within the time frame given.”

I sent a package to china which was a strong box, had fragile written on all sides and had been heavily bubble wrapped.
It arrived with a massive dent and the item had been broken inside.
They did not offer compensation due them saying it wasn't properly packaged to their requirements when i physically couldn't have packaged it any better. I used the strong box, put fragile all round and wrap it multiple times in bubble wrap. It had been clearly stepped on or something.
They will allow you only to appeal with new evidence when I provided them with more than enough evidence - including video of packaged as arrived and opening it live. Also included pictures of how packaged before but want MORE EVIDENCE!
Please avoid as likely will not compensation for damages and will waste you time!”
“I most certainly cannot complain about my booking through ParcelHero, booked a collection/delivery, it was collected from my home within a couple of hours. Shocked and stunned that it was delivered less than 48 hrs later to the Philippines. No way would it have even gotten delivered in the uk that fast.”
