“After going to the recommended post office, the parcel was refused by the (small) PO as it was deemed “too big” despite it being within the size. The man in the shop was incredibly rude about it when questioned. You were let down by him

“Got to the drop off agent, first they said parcel was too big but i told her I'd confirmed the dimensions when making the order, then when she scanned the bar code she got a message saying that three "commercial invoices?" should be attached in a polythene bag to the package. I was not aware of this?”
“Sent back am amazon package. Added size dimensions /weight as indicated on amazon order page. Cost to send was £12.50 . Three weeks later Parcelforce took another £60 from my debit card and said dimensions were exceeded what I had put. One, I put exactly what amazon page indicated (size, weight), and it took them 3 weeks!”
“Placed the order to collect next day it was collected and delivered the following day 300 miles away with full tracking at any time Goods arrived in tip top condition.”
