“ParcelHero is fantastic, easy to arrange a collection and delivery. The driver turned up at my house nice and early on the scheduled collection day allowing me to go about my daily routines without the hassell of having to wait in not knowing when the driver was going to turn up. The last thing we want is a missed collection because you were out when the driver turned up to collect the parcel. Ive used other courier companies but none as good as ParcelHero. Many thanks.”
“There are fairer companies out there. The confirmed weight of my parcel was 4kg, evidenced by photographs, witnesses and of course my memory of weighing everything. They asserted that the weight was 7kg (75% more!) and claimed that this had been “audited”. No evidence was ever provided to support their assertion. The company’s business model seems to be to inflate their fees by inserting a new pending charge on your credit card and then extracting an unauthorised extra payment of 33% a few days after delivery. You are not a customer, simply a credit card.
Though I was supposed to have 7 days grace in which to appeal, they ignore their own conditions and took the extra payment immediately I lodged the appeal. Cannot be trusted.”

Parcel was delivered 3 days later (2 days late)
When I requested a refund for the premium, I was told it wasn't their fault - the drop-off centre hadn't handed over the parcel.
I've had to claim back through my credit card.”
“So impressed!! Half way round the world in 2 days door to door. I was able to track my 8kg box which was a great tool. Going online with ParcelHero also saved me £50. So everything was just great and will definitely recommend ParcelHero with the big yellow parcel machine.”

“It made me happy by allowing me to enter the relevant dimensions and weight of an awkward sized box, took me to Parcel Force; booked, paid, collected, and delivered promptly. The downside was the cost. Using Parcel Hero cost me £85.45 as opposed to the £67 it would have cost by booking it directly on the Parcel Force site. My mistake!”
“I was charged twice a months after and then trying to get in contact was impossible, they said I would have received an email to dispute this but I never did. DO NOT USE”
“Parcel Hero`s are an absolute joke, far from hero`s, more like Parcel crooks.
they happily took my money, failed to show up and collect my parcel, in fact had the audacity to inform me that their driver attempted to collect my parcel but is wasn`t at home, after questioning weather i had missed them, i looked back on my cctv which actually confirmed that parcel hero`s were lying to me.
then to top it all off i there is no way that you can log on and re-book the collection, you have you cancel, then start the whole process over again, oh and by the way, they charge you £9 for the cancellation. zero customer services too, the phone number is basically non existent and their messaging system is useless, so all in all i would avoid these crooks unless you want a wasted day, oh and pay £9 for the privilege. i am yet to receive my refund of £51 minus the £9 cancellation fee. AVOID AVOID AVOID.”
