“I found the booking interface very easy and efficient to use, with concise parcel tracking. I was a little nervous about sending a laptop to the other side of the country however it arrived on time with no problems. I've never used Parcel Hero before but would do so again.

Twice the parcel was not collected when they said it would be. When I cancelled the collection in order to arrange it with a reputable company, I was told there would be a £10.56 cancellation fee.
So the company got my money for doing absolutely nothing it promised it would do.
It should be ashamed of itself.”

I have been stung by them and if you look into all the genuine reviews you will see the same pattern.
They quote you a good price, you pay and ship, it gets delivered, ideal.
THEN, and you can check all the negative reviews which there are many, a few weeks later you will receive an email stating that the parcel was either bigger OR heavier then you declared, and a charge will have already been taken from your payment method!
Again read the reviews, the amount is always £72.00!!!!
so every customer make the mistake of under-declaring their weights and dims and its always to the tune of £72.00. what a load of b*ll*cks!
There T&C's are as shady as they come, and they do not adhere to them. They state any overcharges will be notified with an invoice, then allow you 7 days to dispute before taking the charge, again false, and is backed up by all the other negative reviews, they will and do charge 1st then send the invoice! In my case they took 2 charges!!!
They don't have to provide YOU with any proof whatsoever, and the only evidence THEY will accept is photos of the parcel before it was sent with a tape measure across it and/or sitting on scales showing the weight, BUT this is not something they can provide to prove the additional charges are justified, but is the only evidence they will accept from customers.
DO NOT USE AND READ THEIR REVIEWS, THEIR SEEMS TO ALWAYS BE AN ADDITIONAL £72.00 CHARGE.

Never received my labels and although i did contact the customer team the response i got was the office was closed over the weekend
I cancelled the order and I was charged £6.00 for something that wasnt my fault

“Original courier didn't show and when queried was told they had attempted collection when our cctv shows no one did. Had to rebook for double the price due to this to make sure our delivery got to its destination on time and had to incur a charge to do so. Original courier appeared two hours after the rescheduled one which had I been told would happen I could have saved the money. Tracking page is also badly laid out as it doesn't have any information on where you arranged a booking from.”
“I booked the next day collection through this website. I paid £14 for the collection. No one came to collect for weeks. I contact them and they said they came but no one was at the venue, which was a lie. The collection venue is a shop with receptionist and 5 staffs waiting for them to come. No one shows. I requested them for the proof of collection, as if they came. They must have taken the picture of the venue with no one in. They sent me the latitude location from the Google map. What a joke
So no collection was made. I request for the refund, then they refunded me £4. Stay away from this scam company by any mean.”
