“Never use this company. Driver did not call, and said noone was in when someone actually was, had to pay a cancellation fee plus printing and packing labels of twenty boxes. refund came quickly, still at least fifteen pounds out of pocket for zero service! Feel totally ripped off”
“Horrendous company, I organised a pickup and delivery, picking up from a business address, they failed to pick the item up. You can’t phone them if there’s a problem, they don’t work weekends and our slow to reply to emails, they then have the audacity to charge ÂŁ9 for a refund and tell you to rebook. Stay well clear”
“Absolutely awful experience using your service. Customers cannot actually speak to you. I paid for collection of parcel and delivery next day. NOTHING WAS COLLLECTED. I'm told by your email customer services (which is hardly customer service at all) that in order to reschedule my collection I must pay again!!!! And I don't get a full refund of the failed collection. YOU ARE A JOKE OF A SERVICE.

“Have used Parcel Hero previously without problems. However this time I was really disappointed. I selected EVRI as the courier for two parcels. Firstly, there was a problem with one of the labels - so I had to wait for an email replacement. Secondly, the status of my parcels showed as 'collection failure' for 48 hrs - even though I had seen them being loaded into a van. Thirdly, I only received a delivery confirmation for one of the parcels - although both were successfully received. Delivery was within the advertised time span”
“I would strongly recommend against using this service. They are not transparent. There are extra surcharges applied and withdrawn from your bank account with no warning. I was charged an extra ÂŁ120 days after the parcel was delivered when the original cost was quoted and paid for upfront as ÂŁ45. Do not use. This appears to be a common scam on money expert forums. Extremely disappointing and fraudulent company.”
“I booked parcel to be collected on Monday, no one arrived. Rebooked it for Tuesday, again no one arrived. Two days waiting for collection. Had to take off work so wasn’t impressed with service, and no explanation as to why they didn’t call.
Then on the 3rd day they arrived at 2pm. Thank god my husband was there at the time
Not good communication or reason for delay so won’t recommend or use this service again”
“Their parcel insurance is a sham!
The courier lost one package and damaged another. I took out the insurance policy that was offered by Parcel Hero but that turned out to be worthless. They find anyway to justify not paying out. The goods were adequately packed and labelled but they still wanted to blame me for not packaging them correctly. The process of trying to get an adequate response out of ParcelHero has been exhausting and fruitless.”
“Not labels until three emails and chats later. Waited in all Friday then at 6pm found that it had been changed to following Monday without telling me. Can’t change date and I’m not there on Monday. Can’t change it to drop off. Cost me SIX POUNDS to cancel it. Will never use this service again and will warn friends off doing so as well. Got dropped off two chats. So rude. Cowboys.”
