Horrendous company, I organised a pickup and delivery, picking up from a business address, they failed to pick the item up. You can’t phone them if there’s a problem, they don’t work weekends and our slow to reply to emails, they then have the audacity to charge £9 for a refund and tell you to rebook. Stay well clear
