Absolutely awful experience using your service. Customers cannot actually speak to you. I paid for collection of parcel and delivery next day. NOTHING WAS COLLLECTED. I'm told by your email customer services (which is hardly customer service at all) that in order to reschedule my collection I must pay again!!!! And I don't get a full refund of the failed collection. YOU ARE A JOKE OF A SERVICE.
IM NOT SURE WHAT BRAND OF GLUE YOU ALL SNIFF, BUT ID LAY OFF IF I WERE YOU!!!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU IF YOU WERE FREE.
