“not happy with the service. was home all day and driver somehow left the labels in the post-box without ringing the bell or calling my phone - you already got here, why not just call??? had to cancel and lose 9 quid. at least i got the rest of the money back”

“Had pick up scheduled; courier did not arrive; rebooked for next day.. again courier did not turn up!! Cancelled order.. I have to wait 7 days to be refunded!
Gave another chance and Booked a drop off this time; on completion of booking got error messages “invoices & labels have not been generated, will email them” 2 hrs later no email received!
No chat or phone number on website for customer service!! So sent message.. 4 hrs later received a response with labels & invoices!!
Dropped the parcel off 3 days later than original collection order!!

“If you want terrible service and stupid cancellation charges, use ParcelHero.I'd rate this provider 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a delivery for a customer and paid £32. Stayed home all day waiting for the driver and nobody comes to collect my parcel. Parcelhero informs me that the driver came at 2:32 but nobody called me or rang the bell. I took my parcel to drop it off at the Post Office and they won't accept it without any labels and ParcelHero refused to help me with this while I sat red-faced at the post office. Customer agents take forever to respond and are no more useful than the information on the website. Nobody to talk to on the phone to resolve my issues. On top of it, I have to pay a £9 cancellation charge because that's their policy, even though nobody came to collect my parcel. So I'm actually paying for nothing literally. Received no courier service, no assistance and no resolution but I have to pay. Talk about daylight robbery. Absolutely appalled and disgusted by the service. Will never use this service again. Would rather drive 12 hours to drop off a parcel myself than deal with this again.”
“Shocking experience. Booked and paid for a courier to collect an item but they never arrived. When asked about this I was told that failed collections can be rebooked but this entails cancelling the booking (resulting in waiting for a refund) and then having to rebook at a different price.
When I checked the status it said the item wasn't available which is absolute BS because I was at home the entire day and NO ONE TRIED TO COLLECT!

“I paid for my parcel to be collected from my house, but the person collecting never turned up. Had to take it the following day to a drop off shop. (A 17 mile round trip.) Not happy with this as I had paid for this service.
The parcel got to it's destination speedily, but the person delivering it left it in their "safe space" when they were in. They did not attempt to contact my customer at all.
Not the best of services I think.”
