Shocking experience. Booked and paid for a courier to collect an item but they never arrived. When asked about this I was told that failed collections can be rebooked but this entails cancelling the booking (resulting in waiting for a refund) and then having to rebook at a different price.
When I checked the status it said the item wasn't available which is absolute BS because I was at home the entire day and NO ONE TRIED TO COLLECT!
