“Absolute joke.
Worst possible experience. Tried to send a table and legs to my customer worth at £270 and insured for £200. UPS lost the table top and the majority of the packaging and only delivered 1 leg and a quarter of the cardboard box.
Tried to open an investigation based on the tiny piece of packaging they retrieved which has taken about a month just to give me a verdict that the packaging was not big enough to support the entire parcel not taking into account that they have lost the majority, of the parcel...and packaging
Tried to give me £15 as a good will gesture...”
