“I sold a music keyboard on eBay. Delivery cost Ā£47.27. I used the original packaging for the item. Delivery address was an Argos drop off point. They rejected delivery because the package was damaged in transit. I had to pay an additional Ā£46.34 to have the package returned otherwise "item will be disposed of" & was informed "manufacturers own packaging is not considered suitable...is...not fully encased in polystyrene". My eBay customer got a full refund so I have spent almost Ā£100 & got absolutely nothing for it! So basically anyone selling anything 2nd hand should NOT use this service!!!”
