“Do not use this company. They did not deliver our wood flooring back the next day, as promised (which meant we didn’t meet the deadline of returning it). Instead they lost it for four months. It was returned to us damaged with the packaging hanging off as per photos. Despite losing the wood for 4 months, they still took out unauthorised money to send the wood back. They don’t have a telephone number to call. It can only be done by email. They rude, unprofessional. Do not use them under any circumstances. They would not offer compensation despite losing the wood for 4 months then finally returned it damaged.”
