“Not the 1st time I have used this company and will be the last, items didn’t get collected between 8 and 8 on 2 separate days, and being told I had canceled the collection which I hadn’t. Very frustrating when you pay for a service that can’t deliver what they say”

“Everything - my parcel disappeared in transit, with notifications it had been delivered on the day it should have been when it hadn't, only to arrive 3 days after the procured service delivery date. The parcel contents were slightly damaged (folding bike), but I accepted that as I know how rough transit can be. Only to then be landed with a £48 bill for oversize parcel handling fee for ficticious carrier audit dimensions, over 2 weeks after delivery. To satisfactorily contest the fee, I must now provide photos of the bike folded in the bag & packaging it was delivered in - which luckily I can do, but now I've measuered the item I realise how unreliable the audit measurements are. I cannot force or stretch the item/packaging to the size they have stated. Literally the worst experience and service, review left on trust pilot to find out Parcelforce play this scam often.”
