“Had a quote for 29.24 to deliverer a ladder, 3 weeks later somehow accessed my pay pal account to take a further 56.59. BEWARE of this company as a quote is a fixed price and at no time did parcel hero inform me that there would be any additional charges, I put the correct sizes and weight of 4kg and they have changed the weight to 40kg. Shame on you deceiving customers.”
“The actually delivery was fine but for some unknown reason you have decided that I am the recipient of the previous parcel I sent, to the US, despite my details being correctly entered when I booked the delivery. This would have caused major problems had the parcel been lost and I had needed to make a claim for it.”
