“Trying to send my Christmas presents to family abroad. Paid quite a hefty price to make sure that the parcel would get there before Christmas. I was told it would be delivered on the 13th Dec. It is now the 15th and the parcel is still stuck in the UK!!! Imagine after not seeing your family for 2 years and not even being able to send them a present! So, no not happy with the service....”
